Mae Khachan Hot Spring
Mae Khachan Hot Spring is the most well-known natural hot spring for travelers who traveling on the Chiang Mai-Chiang Rai route, where you can do a foot soak in mineral water and relax. The hot springs there are totally from nature, of course. They are about 90 degrees Celsius, hot enough for you to boil eggs in the water. Yes, you will have a small breakfast here, delicious, creamy boiled eggs dipped into sauce. The total duration includes traveling time from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai.

5.00We booked the tour through Get Your Guide and were lucky enough to be the only ones on the tour. Even so, the company picked us up, and it ended up being an exclusive tour for us. Our guide, Nancy, was attentive to every detail and provided detailed explanations at each stop. I'd like to highlight our stop at the giraffe women's community. I told her I only wanted to buy souvenirs made by the local women, and she showed us each of the handicrafts made exclusively by them. Furthermore, Nancy is a very good-humored and fun guide.
