Nice ride on the river. Lots of historical background shared by the tour guide. Would recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago for the first time!

We booked a tour right before the Holiday Parade downtown. Streets were shut down. We couldn’t get to the address in time despite being nearby 45 minutes early. We asked for a refund and were denied. Absolutely terrible service. I will be disputing but obviously this is not a place that cares about customers.

It’s cold Please wear gloves and a hat. And also come early . A lot of poeple ride and it may be difficult to find seating
