We will meet in Room 602, Yunchao Center Building T2, Xihu District, Zhejiang, China. Located at the intersection of WUTONG ROAD and FENGHUA WEST ROAD, tourists can take a taxi to 云潮中心T2 and then take the lift to the 6th floor. Alternatively, they can take the subway to FENGHUAXI ROAD and walk for 20 minutes to reach 云潮中心 T2.

Join a trial class of Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese Qigong), Chen-style Tai Chi, or basic martial arts movements to promote health. Master Zeng will teach the class in English, and you can expect to learn some Taoist wellness principles during a tea break. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes for exercise. We will provide complimentary snacks, fruit, and seasonal tea.

5.00An Unforgettable Martial arts experience in Hangzhou - Highly Recommended I had the incredible opportunity to attend A Kung fu, Tai Chi, Shaolin boxing, Qigong class in Hangzhou July 2025 It was truly the highlight of my trip to China The instructor and his lovely wife, such a wonderful young couple,were not only highly skilled but also patient warm and deeply passionate about sharing their knowledge From the moment I arrived (even after a bit of trouble locating address - thank you again for your patience. They made me feel so welcome. The training itself was both challenging and rewarding, blending traditional techniques with good direction Whether you have some experience or would like an introduction as a beginner to this art in this most amazing country , as they say Do yourself a favour ..if you are in Hangzhou and are looking for an authentic, enriching Martial arts experience I couldn't recommend this class enough Thank you both for such a memorable day / night , I hope to one day return and train again.
