  Spent over 20 min after getting where it told us to go looking for where we should be. It shows a building with like a key to go down and such off to the left of where you actually need to be on the pier. But it appeared there could be another pier access behind and left of the building so that’s where we were looking. There was an option in my email confirmation to contact tour guide that led to nowhere to actually contact them. So we almost missed the cruise all together Go to the pier to the right of the building when looking It caused us to miss getting there early and having to sit on the lowest floor level. Where the windows had to much salt caked on them you couldn’t get good photos at all. The girls working the food counter were super sweet. The staff was super nice and friendly

  The ride was surprisingly smooth even though the water was choppy. For those who did not like the cold the interior was nice and warm. The crew was awesome and also recognized me and husband's birthday with other upcoming birthdays by having every one aboard sing for us😍

  Had a wonderful chill time. Arrived at exactly my tour time but it seemed they were ready to take off. Appeared as if they waited. I’m thankful for that as my uber arrived later than expected. Overall a great time. I will book a tour next time with less music and more commentary

  It was a very wonderful experience.The tour was on time.Onboard was clean and the ambiance was great.I would defined recommend this for a family evening out.

  The music playlist was PHENOMENAL. The scenic views were stunning and the overall experience is hands down worth it. There were a lot of people in the line so we were concerned about getting decent seats but that wasn’t even an issue! You can go down to the front of the boat for the BEST views.

  Excellent and at a comfortable price.. I had the opportunity to see the statue of liberty very closely and to see its lights turn on is a spectacular sunset

  Views were spectacular!! The host was nice and funny. They play music the whole time, which cuts in and out, I found it to be very annoying and would’ve just preferred it to be turned off if it wasn’t able to play continuously. I definitely recommend arriving VERY early and getting a seat in the warmth. We arrived over an hour before our cruise time and were the 5th group in line. Even if you can’t be early, you will still be able to enjoy the views. Once the boat is moving you are allowed to move around to get pictures. There are snacks, drinks (alcoholic and non), and bathrooms.

  

  

  

  

  

• Sightseeing but no view

  The boat was easy to find, and despite the chilly weather, there was plenty of comfortable indoor seating with heat on both the main level and upstairs. The cruise itself was relaxing and offered beautiful views—especially if you were willing to step outside and brave the 26-degree temperatures and strong wind chill. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by very dirty windows, which made it difficult to take photos or fully enjoy the scenery from inside. About an hour into the cruise, I discovered that the upper deck windows were much cleaner, but by then all the seats there were already taken. If you’re offering a sightseeing cruise, ensuring that guests can clearly see and enjoy the views should be a basic standard. Clean windows would make a significant difference.
