4.00It was a very busy boat and no shade from the elements but a pleasant 45-50 minute trip taking in all main sites on canals Lots of bridges and views were lovely

5.00We were given a spot, on a map, I thought I was being picked up and fluked getting on the boat. But once on it was great. So not enough information.

5.00The boat is big and the bridges are low! The commentary is recorded in several languages, so you get earphones which worked well. The crew were very safety conscious…mind your head the bridges are low!

1.00Horrible customer service. Canal cruise changed times and departure dock twice and didn’t notify those of us waiting a the initial dock. When asked the reply was “well you can submit a complaint “. Totally unacceptable.

5.00Just the right length of time on the cruise in our open top boat and the guide was full of interesting facts and details about the city. Lovely to enjoy the sights from the water, sitting down. It introduced us to places we thought we would like to go on foot and explore in more detail. Would highly recommend. Thank you

5.00Mechanical issues prevented us from taking the 10:00 but there was as no issue in boarding the 10:30. Tour was in very pleasant weather, the commentary in English, the coxswain skilful and the guides friendly and informative. What’s not like? 😀
