  The tour was cancelled due to weather and the operators didn’t bother to tell us. We travelled to the meeting point to then be told it was cancelled. They offered us tickets for the hop on hop off bus which we had already done to get to the boat tour… We asked for a refund to be told they couldn’t give us one and we would have to organise it ourselves.

  Unfortunately when we arrived at the boarding point, the canal trip was cancelled due to frozen waters. The operator offered to exchange my ticket for a hop on hop off bus tour instead. We really enjoyed the bus tour! It would have been handy to have received notification before the event to advise of the cancellation as it was a rush to get there for the departure time . I did not ask for a refund but on reflection, that would have been better as I later realised that the ticket that I’d purchased at the Metro already covered the bus service.

  I really liked this boat tour. The guide was knowledgeable with a fun sense of humour. Although a bit difficult to understand at times with how fast he spoke/mic quality. I had heard not to waste time walking to the mermaid. So this was the perfect way to see her and hear some fun facts. Beware though, I read it was heated and it is NOT. It’s a fully open boat lol. My fault for going in Jan but thought my toes would fall off

  Went on the tour 27th Jan at 1130. The guide was hilarious with his jokes and great knowledge of the sites. Well worth doing at start of the holiday to know where things are and where to explore further. Highly recommended!!

  We really enjoyed this boat trip on the canal - it was nice to see a bit more of Copenhagen, residential areas as well as commercial areas, and the guide was informative and engaging. We would recommend going!

  Well worth the money, very interesting seeing the city from the Canal. Our guide was entertaining and informative and we learnt a lot about the city. We went earl y Jan when the outside temp was minus 4C but the boat was covered and heated so quite comfortable. Lasted about an hour which was just right.

  My family and I went on the stromma 1 hour cruise which gave a lovely perspective of the city and its attractions. Unfortunately the 3:30 guide we got was a complete joke!! Using his stupid humour and giving very little in terms of info it was just painful to have to sit there and endure him. I wish I could tell you his name so that you can try to avoid him. Just also note our cruise went only for 45 minutes.

  Great, efficient and friendly tour of Copenhagen from the water. Covers many of the area’s most notable landmarks.

  Our guide was amazing and while the tides were high and we could not see all that we were meant to, our guide and driver still gave us plenty of information along the way and made the trip a personal and enjoyable experience .
