We invite you to discover the soul of oil in an immersive experience through the family olive grove, located in the heart of Andalusia. You will walk through the fields where we will show you how we take care of every detail of the process, applying sustainable agricultural practices throughout the year : from pruning and vegetation cover management, to natural fertilization, ecological pest control
You will learn firsthand how we protect soil, water and biodiversity while producing a high quality, environmentally friendly EVOO
After the tour, you will enjoy a professional tasting of extra virgin olive oil, led by Adrian. You will learn to recognize the aromas, nuances and flavors that distinguish a large EVOO, as well as the most common defects that affect its quality.
We will finish the experience with an oil tasting accompanied by artisan bread and seasonal fruit, in a privileged setting.

5.00We had a fabulous experience and learned how they make organic olive oil. The tasting was also very educational. I learned about the three types of olive oil and what to look for to get a quality olive oil. The tasting was out of this world. I love the sweet oranges with olive oil on top. Can't wait to have my family back home try this. We purchased three bottles to take back to Florida and gift to our grown sons. I would highly recommend Adrian and his organic olive oil tour.

5.00Highly recommended. Adrian does it very professionally. Above all, he showed us the difference between bad and good olive oil. He is also a pioneer in Andulusia in terms of organic. The tasting of the olive oil with local cheese and oranges was also very delicious. Everything you want to know can be asked.

5.00We had an absolutely incredible time at this olive oil tasting! Adrian our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, walking us through the nuances of flavor, aroma, and even the 'peppery' finish of high-quality oils. It was eye-opening to learn about importance of organic farming and how to distinguish a mass-produced oil from a truly premium harvest. Whether you're a foodie or just curious, this experience is a must-do!

5.00We loved our tour of this family farm. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the process of organic olive farming. Their olive oil is the best we had ever tasted.Our hosts were amazing, friendly and very welcoming. The tour was very educational and the tastng was out of this world. We would highly recommend you do this if you are traveling with kids or just have a couple hours to spare. We can’t recommend this place enough!
