- Viator
1.00I called the tour supplier to confirm if the tour was still confirmed since it was raining. They told me yes and the driver was on the way. We waited at our hotel for an hour. Then I texted them again and then they said the tour was cancelled. Like what? You say one thing and then another? Customer service refuses to give me partial refund. Very unprofessional.
