  I’ve booked many Viator trips prior to this one….unfortunately this trip was very disappointing. It was a HUGE bus with MANY people, with only 2 guides. The instructions were very confusing for all of us. The places we went were beautiful but the confusing instructions for what our options were once we got to the cities weren’t adequate. I heard this from many other passengers. It was basically transportation to the 2 cities and not much guiding or information.

  The scenery is beyond breathtaking! The Viator blurb was misleading and our guides needed to explain how the tour works to us. Travelers can get out at Interlaken or Grindewald. You choose what tours to do on your own. A train ticket is given to you back to Interlaken from Grindewald. Their brochure tells you what experience can be done given the amount of time. Then everyone meets back at the bus in Interlaken for the return trip to Zurich or Lucerne. The cost of the experience you choose is not included in the Viator tour. ( For example, cable car was around 70 Swiss Francs) The tour was given in English and Spanish. Otherwise, we wish there was not so much confusion especially if you expect to be taken to each point with a bus. But when many of us finally understood what was expected, it was fine.

  Gorgeous views. Fondue by the Alps. Guide was great. Helpful to navigate tour w trains. Free time to stroll at views you want.

  Travelling to Grindalwald First. Am terrified of heights but braved the journey up with a lovely couple and the family from Colorado on the way back down. Took my mind off the height . Andrea and Bernadette our guides were fantastic giving us great information. Can't wait for my next trip

  Feeling lost when the Tour Guide dumped us in Grindevald with a Brochure. Not friendly just went off in the Bus. Later said it was in the Brochure not her job. About 10 of us formed a Group and stuck together although we did not speak the same language. We missed a lot.
