We booked our transfer and received confirmation via Whatsapp from Amy of the pick up time. She also sent loads of useful info on places to eat before our departure. Alan the driver was on time and helped with our bags and gave us information on the sights as we travelled to the airport. He also said to check in our bags and go across to the mall before leaving to see the Christmas decorations and waterfalls which were lovely. Would definately recommend.

Highly recommend and would use them exclusively in the future . Great interaction with Amy both before and during the ride to the airport. They shared information, helped us make good choices, pointed out interesting information about Singapore past /present/future, and even recommended products to buy in the grocery for the trip home. Way above and beyond- too bad other companies don’t work as well.

The driver was early and very pleasant Extremely helpful and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. We arrived in plenty of time and he helped load and unload our bags

Amazing welcoming and efficient service by Amy & Alan! Very organised with great communication and punctuality despite the crazy Grand Prix traffic to contend with that weekend. We booked Rui Transport via Viator for both our arrival into and departure from Changi Airport. Amy was fantastic with her communication both before our arrival and during our stay. She confirmed our booking and provided some useful arrivals information ahead of our trip, made contact with us via WhatsApp as soon as our flight touched down, met us in the arrivals hall at the designated area as planned, and accompanied to us to our awaiting minibus. When departing, she again confirmed the day prior and then let us know when Alan had arrived at the hotel. The minibus was comfortable, airconditioned and very clean, and Alan was a great driver and enthusiastic and friendly host. I highly recommend booking your Singapore transport with Amy & Alan - they are fabulous hosts and absolutely went above & beyond! We will definitely book ground transfers with them again when back in Singapore!
