The SUP experience only takes place in favorable weather conditions. In case of unsuitable marine conditions, it can be rescheduled with a change of date, time or location (dolphins are mostly seen in a location). You will be contacted the day before via WhatsApp.
We recommend you bring: Drinking water - towel - rock shoes or flip-flops - sweatshirt and leggings (if it is not summer).

This experience requires a minimum number of participants. In case of cancellation due to non-reach, you can choose between a new date, another experience or a full refund.

Discover the authentic beauty of Sardinia by paddling on a professional Paddleboard, in the company of your family or friends, in an eco-friendly experience and out of mass tourism. We will start from the beach of Golfo Aranci, where our certified instructors and SUP Local Guides will welcome you for a basic lesson on safety and paddleboarding techniques, also suitable for those who are first experience. From there our excursion along the coast will begin: You will sail through crystal clear waters, small coves and breathtaking scenery, with the chance to spot bottlenose dolphins, which often swim right in this area. We will also meet the local wildlife: cormorants, seagulls, herons and other wonders of nature. During the tour we will make stops for diving and relaxation, accompanied by : An aperitif at sunset with typical Sardinian products, in a magical atmosphere or An exclusive breakfast, immersed in the silence of the sea The experience includes photos and souvenir videos, to preserve a very special moment. The experience was made even better with a delicious spread of local wine, cheese, and salami after the session. Friendly guides, beautiful views, and great vibes — a highlight of our trip!

5.00Fantastic experience. Beautiful scenery, protected area so despite being a windy day it was calm and easy going on the SUP. The tour leaders were super friendly and just a pleasure to hang out with. Many swim stops and you are able to go at your own pace. The aperitif stop at sunset was amazing - love that they used real wine glasses not plastic - a high class touch! A highlight of my trip. Would absolutely recommend!

5.00It was the first time I was on the SUP board and I must say it was beyond fun.. It is a feeling of deep freedom and union with that indescribable sea that cradles Sardinia. Something really hard to explain. Dolphins jumping to scrounge some food, passing boats, slow waves that accompany you... and in all this, two experienced and super nice instructors to frame it all. I was also lucky to have found a group of Tuscan guys with whom we shared a morning aperitif between a laugh and a dip. I will certainly repeat the experience as soon as possible.

5.00Wonderful experience in Sup, different from the usual sightseeing. Aperitif in the middle of the sea with a beautiful sunset. We were able to spot the dolphins, too. Instructors always available to all needs, even for the less experienced.

Starting from the kindness and sweetness of the sup instructors, passing through the dolphins, and then concluding with breakfast at sea (literally) eaten right on the sup, in the crystal clear waters of Moorish cove. Also suitable for beginners, experience promoted with flying colors, I highly recommend it!
