5.00Guillermo was our driver and he was great. On time, friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. He took us to a delusions restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend this company. Booking was easy and efficient., and they did not disappoint.

5.00Transportation from La Cruz to Fortuna. Our driver, JP, was professional and accommodating from before pick-up to drop-off at hotel. He stopped at a waterfall during the trip for swimming and sunbathing. Also he recommended an incredible restaurant for lunch—best meal in CR. JP was also knowledgeable with facts on CR. Highly recommend JP as your driver. ¡Pura Vida!

5.00Charles was an excellent driver! He was so attentive & patient with our large group. He helped us navigate grocery shopping, restaurants, beaches, activities etc. He was always prompt & pleasant. On the last day of the trip our guest of honor took ill and he safely & expeditiously got her to the nearest hospital an hour away. He made our week stay in Costa Rica Amazing. I will return in 6 months and use his services again. Thanks Charles for being an awesome tour guide. I want to see San Jose when I return in November. 💜💜

5.00Service at its best with a beautiful drive from San Jose to Tamarindo! The moment we booked, Charles was very professional, responsive and the service provided was exactly as promised. He accommodated us with an earlier than planned departure and Jorge “driver” was absolutely awesome! He too was very professional, accommodating to stop when we required to stretch our legs and offered a wealth of knowledge of Costa Rica. The vehicle was very clean, spacious and was fully stocked! Hands down I would hire this firm for future travel. If you’re looking for an affordable, dependable, reliable, punctual service, contact these guys! A+

5.00Awesome experience! We were staying in Jaco and did a day trip to the Tabacon hot springs. Charles picked us up and he was knowledgeable about all things Costa Rica. It was a delightful trip , he was so accommodating. Drinks and snacks are provided. We used the service a second time when we changed locations from Jaco to San Jose he made an unscheduled stop to show us the alligator bridge and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. I have driven in Costa Rica and been driven in Costa Rica and this was the absolute best and safest rides I have ever had! I will not hesitate to use them again and to refer friends and family. Excellent company excellent service!

5.00Charles was easy to communicate with, super patiently, and friendly. I gave him the amount of time I had and an idea of what I wanted to do and see, then he helped me finalize the perfect itinerary and arranged all the logistics. He made it pain-free and easy for my family and me to enjoy the trip. Very responsive to whatsap messages, and advised me on everything from suggesting food, sights, prices, weather, to COVID tests. In the end, we paid less for this private and personalized trip than booking some big tours with a big agency. There was so much flexibility and personal attention, which makes a huge difference! Our driver/guide was Fernando, and we could not ask for a better driver or nicer person! He was so kind, patient, knowledgeable…and even helped us take some amazing pictures of during the trip. We all had a great time! I highly suggest The Baqueano.

5.00I honestly could not have hoped to have a better experience with a shuttle company! I flew in to Costa Rica alone and waited for a friend to arrive, when her flight was delayed by 7 hours I called Charles and asked if there was anyway I could be picked up early and driven to the resort (3 hours away in La Fortuna), without hesitation he had my driver Fernando at the airport within 30 minutes of my call and had another one scheduled to pick my friend up when she arrived (at midnight and then driven 3 hours to the resort). Fernando was amazing, very sweet man who was knowledgeable about all Costa Rica had to offer. Throughout the drive he told me a lot about the history and would point out local plants and tell me about the private family business that were run there. He also gave many suggestions of things I could do during my stay. When he dropped me at my resort he made sure to give me the information for the driver who would be picking my friend up and they even sent a text to me when she landed to let me know she had been safely picked up. On our shuttle ride back to San Jose our driver arrived early and helped us with our luggage. He even took us to get our covid test before dropping us at our Airbnb and came back less than 8 hours later to pick us up for our 4am trip back to the airport. By the time we were back at the airport we had had all 4 drivers in the company and they were all fantastic. As a young female visiting a foreign place where I’ve never been and did not speak the language I was very nervous to use a private shuttle, especially when my friend arrived late and we would not be experiencing it together, but they made me feel extremely safe and comfortable and their prices were excellent. I will be recommending them to anybody traveling through Costa Rica and I cannot wait to go back so I can use them again!
