5.00Hamza was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide, we had a great experience seeing the sites of Dubai, tasting local cuisines and markets. Hamza went over and above to explain about the culture and traditions and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning walk.

5.00Thanks Safe for the fun and informative tour. The souks (market) aren’t for the faint of heart. The shop owners came down on tourists like vultures. Safe gave us negotiating tips and what prices should be. He gave a really good history lesson of Dubai and the culture of islam which I have a new brand of respect for. Thank you for teaching my family about Dubai. The chicken shawarmas were delicious.

1.00Our taxi took us to what was supposed to be the starting point of the tour. It was supposed to start at the hotel. We were at the hotel. Apparently there are a few different parts of the hotel that are separate from each other. We were at the wrong part of the hotel. Once we figured it out, we tried to chase the tour around and catch up with them for about an hour. When we finally saw them, they were out on a boat in the river, heading away from us. Bottom line is, we paid our money, we were at the hotel, and we got no tour. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would. I requested a refund from Viator. My request was denied.
