Very thorough with bike explanation. Extremely knowledgeable about trails/roads to take and how busy they may be. Bikes were in excellent condition.

We hired bikes from Constantine for 2 days and had a brilliant time. We had two amazing days, first day we went to beautiful Lake Cavendine, well worth the trip. Second day was the even more spectacular, Ponale trail to Lake Ledro was worth the steep climb. The bikes were very comfortable and the electric assist is a must on the steep climb out of Riva to Ledro. We will definitely be back next year to try a few more trails. Constantine is very knowledgeable on the best routes and places to eat and drink and soak up the amazing views.

We stayed in this e-bike shop in the middle of August and the owner welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. He immediately provided us with bikes and was super thorough in explaining the use since for us it was the first time riding an e-bike. He was also very helpful in explaining all the route to do for the Ponale path. What can I say, very professional. We will definitely be back to him for the next round.

We had an amazing experience at this e-bike rental shop! As soon as we walked in, the owner greeted us warmly and immediately answered all our questions. He took the time to show us exactly how to get around town and even offered to lend us a bike charger, just in case. His friendliness and willingness to help made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. The customer service was truly excellent—so welcoming and kind. Thanks to him, we had the best time ever exploring the area on e-bikes. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

We went to Riva del Garda at the end of a whirlwind tour of northern Italy (Pisa, Siena/Tuscany, Liguria, Venice) and absolutely fell in love with the place. Lovely beach on the lake, friendly restaurants, good food and views to die for!! Surrounded by mountains with fabulous views, the wind off the lake in the afternoon can be quite strong but keeps things a little cooler. I could honestly live here!

We hired out the e-bikes to ride up the Ponale path which we couldn’t recommend more. The man hiring out the bikes was absolutely fantastic and give us a fantastic run over on the bikes before we left the shop. Could t recommend this more.

We had a lovely bike ride in the mountains around Riva del Garda. We rented the bikes at Le bici di Eric & Paul and we can highly recommend them. They were both knowledgeable and service-minded. Cycling in the mountains was magical and something we will definitely do again.

We booked online on their website, all very clear and simple. At the time of the pick-up they promptly gave us all the information on how to use the bikes and practical advice on the route. We received a bottle of water, a backpack, helmets and padlocks. Technical support is guaranteed in case of inconveniences that may arise during the journey. I have no doubt in recommending it, we will definitely see you again!
