A perfect tour for Harry Potter fans; visit Glenfinnan Viaduct, famous for the Hogwarts Express, and take your iconic photo as the train crosses the bridge; explore Fort William and Glencoe in this one-day tour.
This tour is also now available in two departure timeslots: 7:15am or 8:15am. Please pay close attention to what timeslot you select.
Please note: The Jacobite Steam Train is operated by another company. We cannot always guarantee that your tour and the train will meet up at the same time. The tour does not include a ride on the Jacobite Steam Train. The Jacobite Steam Train service has finished for 2025 and this tour will no longer see the train until 2026.
Please note: This tour is designed to pack into one day as much as possible of Scotland’s highlights! While much of the journey is enjoyed from the comfort of the coach due to the distance covered, you will experience breathtaking views and scenery along the way.

Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark the bus.
Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before your tour's departure time.

This tour will visit the Glenfinnan area and the Glenfinnan Viaduct. We cannot guarantee that the tour will meet with the train crossing the bridge or that the train will be running, as it is operated by a third company. The tour does NOT include a ride on the Jacobite Steam Train.

Our Glenfinnan, Glencoe and Fort William Adventure begins in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, at our departure point in the city centre. Departing Edinburgh's bustling streets, passing some of its most iconic sights like Edinburgh Castle on your way out, and begin your journey north into the rugged Scottish Highlands. We pause for refreshments at Callander, the gateway to the Highlands
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park
We will journey through the Trossachs National Park on our way to Glencoe.

A great tour with a terrible lunch stop

3.00The experience is great, amazing views, and delivers what’s promised. But the lunch stop for the 7:00 tour is awful. Everything is closed except for the worst spot in town, that is still only serving breakfast at 11:30am and is your only meal between then and dinner. And the restaurant seems to have no warning we are coming so everyone gets their food with about 5 minutes to leave for the bus. Really kinda affects the whole day. Literally arriving in the town 30 minutes later would open the entire towns lunch options. Didn’t love that experience, left us hungry and cranky for a good chunk of the rest of the day

3.00Everything was great until the return trip. We stuck in the snow in a parking lot which was next to a dam. The driver tried several times to move the bus and the bus was sliding because of the ice. Each time closer to the cliff. All passengers were scared and wanted to exit bus but he had doors closed and he didn't let us. The bus almost touched the fence, so close to the cliff and it was very dangerous. Afterwards they used shovels and we got unstuck. In my opinion he should have let us down to move the bus so we were 100% safe. As for the guide, he was excellent.

5.00One of the best days of our holiday; Adam our tour guide was brilliant and we had a nice comfy bus. We had snow on the ground all through the highlands setting off the beautiful landscapes.

5.00I joined the Glencoe, Fort Williams and Glenfinnan day tour on December 21st. The driver/guide was a very chill, friendly and knowledgeable guy (sadly I can’t remember his name). He drove us in different locations, even making extra stops in places not included in the initial itinerary, which was great, and also gave the right amount of bathroom breaks. The bus was very comfortable and warm. Also, great choice of traditional Scottish music. Will definitely hop in again in the future for one of their other tours.

5.00A long day but well spent! It is a wonderful trip into and through the highlands. Our guide Mohammad was amazing, he really wanted to make our trip special and we had 3 photo stops at Glencoe, and ample time at Glenfinnan before sunset. Memorable day.

5.00A fun trip from Edinburgh to the Scottish Highlands. Our guide, Mark, has driven us along beautiful places and told interesting facts. This was accompanied by the necessary silly jokes that kept it fun to listen. It's a long day on the bus (8am departure and 7pm return), but all stops are clearly communicated so you know what to expect when. You can buy lunch and snacks on the way so you don't have to bring your own lunch.
