  Our guide ; Matthieu was fabulous. His ability to accommodate those of us who spoke English along with Spanish was appreciated.

  Very poorly organized mostly directed to a Spanish audience even though the guide did what he could to also repeat information in English for us & was available briefly on the Eiffel Tower’s second level, shortly thereafter he just disappeared unexpectedly. On the bus ride portion we only had unreliable audio if we had working internet on our mobile phones. The timing of that speaking didn’t always match where we were located. Also the windows in the bus were filthy dirty leaving many of our photos marred by dirt and a VERY LARGE bird poop!! The other passengers were also talking quite loudly despite our requests that they be quiet as they were preventing us from clearly hearing the audio when it did work. The boat ride along the Seine was relatively nice & informative but again somewhat compromised by a less than perfect audio system. We even had to sit & wait for 10 minutes on the bus to accommodate another group who were being picked up toward the end of the tour delaying our trip to the boat ride. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOUR TO ANYONE!!

  TBH- I didn't look at tour description clearly. Entrance to tower is timed, then you're on your own. We did this the day we arrived so that by the time we were done with the tower, we were too tired for cruise or bus tour. We were able to use ticket need morning for cruise. It was OK. I was not able to pair my phone with the audio commentary. Boat went as far as Notre Dame before turning around. I never utilized bus segment.

  Excellent thru Viator as always. Reliable and timely. Professional staff. It’s a must to do when in Paris. Also very good for the cruise on the Seine

  The worst experience I have ever had. I didn't know that a customer could be treated so horribly. We stood in the rain at the meeting point only to find out the the tour was cancelled and only after receiving a 100th confirmation. I'm in a foreign country, relying on resources on my own (they don't pick up), trying to communicate, and spending money needlessly. If I could ive zero stars, I WOULD!!

  This 'tour' was nothing more than 3 separate activities that were in no way coordinated to be offered within the 4 hour window. We were given the tickets for eiffel tower and river cruise but we told that the bus tour would not be available until 4 hours later, well outside the timeframe we had planned for, so were not able to go. The guides did not offer anything more than the tickets and escort to the tower. This experience does not accurately describe what you get. When I contacted viator to request a refund, they indicated they would look into this. A couple of hours later they responded that a refund would not be issued and declined to indicate why. This was a highly disappointing experience from start to finish. Absolutely not recommended.

  Visit planned on a day we could not make the bus pay for nothing because too much waiting for the Eiffel Tower Accompaniment is useless

• Very disorganized

  The meeting spot was fairly easy to find. The two young ladies checking us in were very disorganized, but we were finally all checked in. They led us over to the entry point for the Eiffel Tower and went through security with us and got us to the elevators, and that was the end of their assistance. We came back to the meeting point as instructed so we could catch the city tour portion. We had been told by the 2 young ladies that checked us in that the city tour would be at 2 o’clock. We were early, so we walked across the street and had lunch and came back at 1:45 and the new lady said no there was no 2 o’clock city tour, the next one was at four. We then had to find our way to the river cruise to fill the gap and come back at four for the city tour. We totally missed the city tour so this combination ticket was pretty worthless. We could’ve booked each event individually and at least organized our time better.

• Zero recommended, lousy Customer Service, total clutter and you're left out of activities.

  The activity contracted and paid for before was city tour, walk along the River Seine and Eiffel Tower without lines with climb to the third floor, the activity is not He already did that when we reached the meeting point the person in charge told us that we were not in the List, (everything had already been paid), We showed the voucher with the reservation and insisted that we were not on the list and already rudely told us that he did not have tickets for us, that he was already leaving with those who were on the list and to talk to his supervisor, this woman also in very bad attitude called someone on the phone who shouted and in bad ways told him that if we were not on the list to be called, that the Service is simply not provided and that if we wanted to call the travel agency to solve something, so faced with the bad attitude and willingness of all who knew the case and the little interest to help us, we withdrew. Our travel agency communicated with them and when it was verified that it was a mistake by one of them, two hours had already passed and we had already organized our day, they wanted us to return to do the activities quickly to reach the time. We refuse to take anything with them and ask for the return of our money because it was their fault, they are rude, aggressive and unsympathetic. I don't recommend them at all.

  they promised entry for summit as part of total price and did not deliver. We had to purchase our entry to summit during tour.
