False Advertising - Horrible experience!

1.00Of the 8 items listed in the itinerary, we completed only 2 - the pick up and drop off. The driver changed our pick up time the night before to 7am so we could make all the wineries. We did not cross the Golden Gate Bridge. The driver charged his Tesla for 30 minutes once we arrived in Napa. He had no knowledge of Napa nor the wineries. The 4 wineries listed on the itinerary were all booked. We checked dozens of others and only found 2 that had openings that day. We didn't have time for any lunch. Worst trip ever and will never use Viator again.
It was looking like the best tour ever, but in the end a big disappointment.

2.00We thought that the tour to Napa & Sonoma wineries included everything for the price of +$1,500 usd$1,500 i.e. payment of the entrance fees to the vineyards and a tour guide. But in the end it turned out to be the most expensive transportation we have ever paid for, there was no tour guide and no entrance fees to the wineries that charged entrance fees, such as Castello di Amore. In the end we paid for the most expensive transportation service in California. I recommend you to rent a car, choose your driver and use Google Maps to get to know these vineyards.
