5.00This was a great experience and a great introduction to Japanese football. Cerezo Osaka were home to Kawasaki in JL1. Two groups met at the stadium and both guides were excellent. Their English language skills were amazingly good. Both were great fun and looked after us superbly (sorry ladies I can’t remember your names - shame on me). The game itself was a great experience too despite the heavy rain. The Japanese fans sang throughout creating a great atmosphere. The pitch side seats gave great views. Along with our guides the Cerezo staff were also friendly and helpful. They gave us free ponchos and plastic sheeting to help with the downpour. They also bought merchandise to us to save us a trek to the official shop. Well worth the money and the fantastic Japanese public transport system made it a doddle to get to from Kyoto.
