• Poor English and bad organisation but a good driver

  While the views are incredible and the driver was a really dedicated person, in my opinion the organisation of the trip was really poor. We received an itinerary for the trip, for which we prepared, just to find out on the spot that this itenerary is impossible to follow because on the same day it has attractions hours between each other. We booked a trip in English (and let's face it, paid a premium because of it) just to find out that our driver speaks only a very basic English. You can only imagine that because of that he was not much of a guide. On a private trip we had to share an accommodation with other tourists (or pay a significant fee to have a private one) and found out that full accommodation and all meals are part of the trip only in specific scenarios. We also tried to reach the organizer via Viator during the trip to clarify some points but the moment the trip started they stopped answering our messages. Honestly, for the organisation I'd give max 2/5 but I give +1 personally for the driver, who despite not speaking much English was really dedicated and did as much as he could in the circumstances he faced. One additional point - I'm not sure that a 3-day tour makes sense at all, because there is over half a day of car drive between the North and East attractions, so you lose a lot of the trip. I'd personally go either for shorter (and visit just the east) or longer, and then see everything.

  We had a wonderful tour! I had a tough time finding tours with an English speaking guide and ended up taking a chance on this one - I’m so glad we did. We saw amazing vistas and sites and there was basically no filler. Everything we saw was super cool and unlike almost anywhere we’d seen before. Special shoutout to our guide Gibrat for getting us everywhere quickly and safely, showing us extra sites, and taking care of all of our food/camping gear/etc. Would highly recommend!

• If you have to do one thing in Kazakhstan, it should be this!

  My friend and I booked a last-minute tour in winter, and man! What a tour! Stunning places, truly out of this world. Our guide Gibrat went out of his way to make sure we’re comfortable, and well… well fed! He was an experienced driver as well, navigating through the desert’s off roads like a pro, not to mention driving next to cliffs! If you have to do one thing in Kazakhstan, please do yourself a favour and book this tour. We chose the 2-day tour due to time restraints, which i believe was sufficient for us to see the places we wanted to see.

  Great Tour - our guide Gibrat did everything very well. We were picked up at the Hotel & Drive to wonderfull places. At Night we could see the Milky Way & Gibrat cooked dinner for us. Sightseeing in the morning begun with an incredible sunset & breakfest. So Day 2 was full of great experiences. Hope we see us again:) Very cool tour - Our guide Gibrat picked us up at the hotel & prepared everything for us. We were picked up at the hotel & drove through the amazing scenery. Holding on to great hotspots & always had enough time for Photos. In the evening we stayed in the tent & got a very good dinner. The place was so dark you could see the Milky Way. The next morning sunrise & breakfast in the tent. The 2. Tag had even more great sights with him. Great experience & I hope to see you again:)

  Our guide, Gibrat, true very kind. We had a very special campground right on a beautiful rock formation, which allowed unique shots of the starry sky and sunrise.
