Takashi was an excellent and friendly guide. From the moment we met him at the train station he was very hospitable and accommodating. My girlfriend and I were the only ones on the tour and we were really taken care of. Takashi provides almost everything you'll need for the hike and cave. He carefully explains all of the different flora and fauna of the forest while you hike. He really made the two of us feel at peace. And his oranges Are really good too!

The guide was incredible. It helped he had lived in Australia so we could have a good chat but he was so knowledgeable on not just the cave but also the forest and everything in it. We finished early and he took me on a scenic drive back past Lake Kawaguchiko with more little bits of information and history that made the drive memorable. Highly recommended.

Excellent, Toshi definitely love what he does, it seems he owns the forest and the cave due to his knowledge familiarity and passion to this place. I thought I would get caught in the deep vibes of the forest but just the oposite, everyone was laughing and having good time, and the cave is amazing!!!

The ice cave tour was great, It was better than I was expecting. Our tour guide, Takasi, was very knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji and the history behind it. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. Our group had a small child, and Takasi was patient with her and very friendly. I would recommend him as the tour guide if you book this trip. His friendly demeanor made it a worth while activity.
