Join us for a gentle walking tour around Auckland city in the afternoon taking in the sights, tastes and history of this multicultural and stunning city. The tour includes a visit to one of the city’s finest purveyors of artisan products, sweet delights at a city highlight and world class ice cream. We conclude the tour relaxing with a local wine or beer sampling. If you’ve had a jet set morning or arrived in the city first thing, the Auckland in the Afternoon tour is the perfect way to enjoy a few hours, relaxed and tasty! You’ll be surprised at how much yumminess can be packed in between 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

5.00Laura showed us a great time. Several different types of food, all delicious, each a different types of food provider. She has a great sense of humor and made it fun and educational. Laura clearly knows her city and many of the restauranteurs here. It was the perfect introduction to the city and its fabulous cuisine

5.00Wonderful tastes from top notch chefs in Auckland. Laura was very knowledgeable and wove stories into historical facts making it fun and interesting. She was upbeat and lovely. Would highly recommend her and this food tour

5.00We've done lots of food tours and this was first rate. Curated to include hidden gems run by New Zealanders it had a great combination of foods, cool venues and a nice pace. Kath and Jonno were lovely and the food/drink were delicious.

5.00It was a rainy day in Auckland, but it was still an amazing good tour. Laura our guide was informative and fun. We got to try some unique bites and enjoyed a glass of wine and ended with some delicious ice cream. Of course we got some good history about the city as well. Highly recommend!!

5.00We had a phenomenal experience exploring Auckland’s culinary highlights with Laura. She brings a unique artistic flair to the tour, likely rooted in her career as a writer and actress; her ability to weave intricate stories about each dish made the tasting much more meaningful. For fans of The Brokenwood Mysteries, it was a special thrill to realize we were being guided by one of the show’s own actresses. She is charming, knowledgeable, and the ultimate host.
