Join us for a gentle walking tour around Auckland city in the afternoon taking in the sights, tastes and history of this multicultural and stunning city. The tour includes a visit to one of the city’s finest purveyors of artisan products, sweet delights at a city highlight and world class ice cream. We conclude the tour relaxing with a local wine or beer sampling. If you’ve had a jet set morning or arrived in the city first thing, the Auckland in the Afternoon tour is the perfect way to enjoy a few hours, relaxed and tasty! You’ll be surprised at how much yumminess can be packed in between 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

Laura was great! This was our first food tour ever, so we did not know what to expect. However, we learned so much about the culture and history of Auckland because of Laura’s knowledge.

Kath and Laura did a great job giving us an overview of the area as well as the delicious food that we sampled. I highly recommend giving this tour group a try in Auckland or any of the other locations. And as a solo traveler, it was great to meet and get to know the other participants.

We really enjoyed this tour, as it was both tasty and informative. Our guide, Alex, was knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour proved us with the opportunity to taste quite a few quality and tasty bites of regional cuisine. It also allowed us to meet several other world travelers and share stories. If timing allows, I would suggest taking the tour early in your stay, as you will get a great introduction to several tast venues, and a bit of history of Auckland. Alex also pointed out several bars that we probably would have walked right by. Do it, you’ll like it

Great guide. Alex was a lot of fun and knowledgeable. Food was great!! A great variety of tastes and the dumplings were amazing. Auckland is a beautiful city!
