  We love sailing with Blue Dolphin when we come to Hervey Bay. They are such a wonderful team and make every experience an absolute pleasure. Safety is a priority and the catamaran is a lovely boat to sail on. A smaller group than other tours in Hervey Bay which makes it a more personal experience. They have a keen eye to spot dolphins and wildlife. A must do when you’re in Hervey Bay.

  Had a fantastic time. We were lucky enough to see dolphins playing in the channel before we even hit open waters, and then again when coming back. Crew were fantastic. It was a great experience.

  Thank you Jodie & Peter Lynch Blue Dolphin Marine Tours we had an incredible dolphin boat tour around K'gari. We saw so many dolphins swimming and playing alongside the boat — it was truly unforgettable. The crew were fantastic: friendly, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable about the marine life and the history of the island. They shared interesting insights throughout the tour, which made the experience even more special. We also loved the chance to stop and enjoy a swim off K'gari in the cool crystal-clear water.   Had a great experience on this tour. Great guides and super friendly. The onboard service was on point and more than expected. Very easy going and helpful. Would highly recommend….we did end up seeing a rare species of dolphins which was pretty incredible….and stopping over to have a swim was a highlight. Thank you so much to the team.

  It was a Wonderful day on the Great Sandy Strait and K'Gari. even though there was a breeze we spotted many dolphins and had a great morning swimming and boom netting along the western side of K'Gari out of the wind. thank you!

  We had a slightly over cast day, but the water was perfect. We had an amazing time and got to see small pod of around 7 dolphins which just liked to chill right near our boat for awhile which once an experience we will never forget. Staff were super friendly. I would highly recommend using Blue Dolphin to anyone.

  The tour was very relaxing, and the tour team were very friendly and helpful. My expectations were for an overall positive experience. I did enjoy the cruise; however, I would have liked to disembark the boat and explore Hervey Bay as an option. I would have liked to look around Fraser Island. I really loved the dolphins and the serenity of the island. It was a great experience to see the dolphins up close from the boat. When we saw the dolphins, it was great to see them in their natural environment. They are majestic and so relaxing to watch. Watching the dolphins in a relaxed environment encourages us to take the time and view the natural surroundings. Our overall experience was very peaceful and relaxing.

  This is a nice day trip experience. The number of people Is perfect for the size of the boat, didnt feel too cramped, and had space to breathe. The safety debriefs were clear. Amenities were clean and the morning tea and snacks were appropriate for expectations. We were able to experience a pod of bottlenose dolphins circling and hunting for food. Overall, definitely worth the money to relax and experience a chill environment for a day.

  The team on board were great, even with the guests that needed more effort the team held their patience so well. They also ensured we had adequate sightings of dolphins along the way. We enjoyed a nice swim and the boom netting was great too.
