07:00 Pick up from any hotel in Khao Lak, drive to the Takhun District, Suratthani ( approx 1:50 hours drive). Visit "Nam Rad Watershed Forest" and freshen up in a natural crystal clear pond surrounded by the unique forest. Arrive at Cheow Lan Pier, and board the boat to explore the highlights of the lake. Cruise along the lake and enjoy the multi-spot scenery. Stop for a photo moment at the Three-brother-pillar, a symbolic landmark of the lake. You are allowed to swim just jump right from the boat. Arrive at Frog Island, enjoy a delicious Thai lunch on the island with a 270-degree view of limestone mountains and jungle. Spend your day after lunch just simply relaxing, kayaking on your own, or beating the heat to swim into emerald clear water. Enjoy sightseeing the surroundings. 16:00 back to the pier. Drive to the dam ridge for a panoramic dam viewpoint. 18:00 Arrive at Khao Lak.

5.00What a fabulous day trip! We were collected in a clean, comfortable and air conditioned mini bus from our hotel. The drive to Khao Sok takes around two hours but we stopped at a coffee factory on the way and Arisa pointed out interesting sights on the way! The emerald pool is beautiful and refreshingly cool to swim in! We were lucky to see one of the three otters taking a swim too! The real star of the show is the dam at Khao Sok! Absolutely unbelievable views that genuinely take your breath away! The cave you visit is very hot and humid but interesting to look around and see the bats, we also saw a huntsman spider too. Definitely recommend wearing trainers for this part and taking flip flops or sandals for swimming (the rocks are very hot and sharp to get into the dam!) Lunch was lovely, soft drinks were provided all day. The swimming/kayaking location is lovely and you get plenty of time to enjoy this. Have to give a special shout out to Arisa, our guide, we were a group of 7 and she took time to speak with us all, learning our names and getting to know us! She was so bubbly and enthusiastic, and was very knowledgeable on the history of the national park! The drive is definitely worth what you get out of this trip and would recommend booking!!

5.00We did two trips with this company and both of them were of equally amazing quality and professionalism. From starting of my planning and asking hundreds of questions over WhatsApp to the actual tours themselves the team were super patient and so helpful. The trips themselves were really breathtaking experiences of the area. You can tell that they take a lot of pride in their business and customer service, this is exactly how a tour company should operate by keeping excellent communication and standards. We did the kho sok national Park as well as the James Bond Island tours, both were absolutely amazing. I would look no further than this company if you are looking for well organised and professional tours at a reasonable price.

5.00It’s a great itinerary, and the scenery is beautiful. Our guide and driver were excellent. The lunch spot was perfect—beautiful setting and delicious food. We were hoping the guide could share a bit more about Thailand’s history, culture, and plantations during the journey. Overall, it was a great tour.

5.00We recently did Program 15 – Lake Hopper and it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire trip. From start to finish, everything was seamless, well organised, and completely stress-free. The scenery in Khao Sok and Cheow Lan Lake is absolutely breathtaking, but what really made the experience stand out was the people. A special mention to our guide Oil – she was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day feel relaxed and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. Also a big thank you to Mr Green (driver/assistant) – professional, reliable, and always one step ahead. Between the two of them, the whole trip ran like clockwork. The floating cabin stay was incredible. The view over the lake is something we won’t forget anytime soon. The accommodation and facilities were far better than expected – comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up to enjoy such a unique location. If you’re considering a Khao Sok tour, this is the one to do. Faultless experience, amazing scenery, and an outstanding team. Highly recommend. 👌
Khao Sok Lake Safari was a fantastic day out. Guide great, small group & defo a highlight of our holiday.

5.00Wonderful day on the beautiful Cheow Lan Lake! Our guide, Khun Gae, was the perfect host and made the day go smoothly. The lake is simply stunning (though we were lucky with the weather) and the Emerald Pool is a delight (we recommend a 20-min kayak ride). Excellent value for money.
The view was amazing.

5.00The Emerald Pool was not as big as you might think, but the water was crystal clear and beautiful. Unfortunately, I didn't find any otters. I enjoyed the view on Lake Turan and the activities in Sap. The guides were happy to talk to their guests and were concerned that they were having fun throughout.

5.00We booked a trip to Koh Sok National Park and transfer from the airport to the hotel at Khaolak Planner. A really good trip with a skilled guide, cute drivers and very friendly staff at the office - all delivered a fantastic service. You get my warmest recommendations.
