5.00I had a lovely tour to Ba Na Hills today made the more enjoyable by the tour guide, Laura. She was attentive and approachable. She gave the itinerary and instructions to the group in a clear manner, both in English and Vietnamese. She was funny at times too! Some of the group's time keeping left a bit to be desired but Laura dealt with the situation professionally keeping everyone happy and we got to leave on time. Well done, Laura! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura if you are looking for a knowledgeable tour guide.

5.00Linh was an excellent guide for the day, really keeping the group together well, and ensuring it all ran extremely smoothly. As well as his skills as a tour guide, Linh was entertaining, informative and even taught us a few basic phrases in Vietnamese, as well as some useful pronunciation tips. The cable-car, bridge and other attractions were all fantastic and top marks to Linh for knowing the best ways to navigate them. 5.00First point, they pick you up on time with clean AC bus. They even give you bottles of water! The tour guide Laura is very patience and great guiding. The lunch was good, huge restaurant with huge selections of buffet.
