4.00The weather was not that nice during our tour. But our tour guide Ms. Banana made it memorable. She was very pleasant, fun to be with, very helpful. She made sure that we are all taken care of. In addition, she was very informative & knowledgeable with our tour. She deserves a five star🥰.

5.00Our guide was Mr Lin and he was excellent. He gave us lots of information in a clear and loud voice. Everyone could hear very well. The cable cars were big and everyone felt very safe. We rode to the first level and had our turn at photos on the golden bridge. Mr Lin had some great photo ideas and took photos of us all in the best places which are great results. He had some funny things to say during the tour which made us all laugh. The cable car to the 2nd level was much quicker and when we arrived to the French village we immediately went to the Alpine Coaster. It’s a fairly flat ride with twists and turns but you control the speed as you have breaks. It’s suitable for any age really. I’m 63 and I loved it. Mr Lin had advised us to take a ticket for both coasters which we did and they didn’t disappoint. He also got us fast track so we didn’t have to wait hardly at all. There are many different areas in the village, some look medieval, some Roman and some Vietnamese. There is a Buddha and a pagoda. Beautiful gardens with fountains. There are shops and food outlets and when I return to DaNang I would stay one night in the hotel so I could have the full day to explore. When the cloud clears the views are stunning. Much better than I expected. I really enjoyed my time in Ba Na Hills. There is a lot to see up there. More than I expected. Thank you Mr Lin for making it such an enjoyable day. 5 stars !!
