The place is nice, reminding a famous Disney land. The weather was poor with very limited sight which limits options for making instagramic photos. However, everything is very well organized - cable cars, launch, attractions.

This tour was well organized and featured a charming, articulate, local guide. Linh was a wonderful tour guide and obviously takes communicating in English very seriously. Good diction! Linh offered a perfect combination of humor, history, and recommendations. He was respectful and gracious. The van was comfortable, and the driver was safe and timely. Ba Na Hills was enjoyable, even though it was raining that day. It was kind of like being in a misty fairy tale. It is set up as an amusement park in the mountains, interconnected by cable cars. The lunch was impressive! Such a wide variety of very well prepared foods. Think Las Vegas buffet style. (We ate too much.) You could choose one of five different buffets. Vegetarian is also one of the buffets. I would recommend this tour, and specifically Linh the tour guide, to my family.

We went during rainy season. The station at the ground level was warm, some sun, and a little bit of cloud. However once you pass a certain height up in the mountains, it got foggy and very cold! So do your research and be prepared. The whole amusement park was covered with fog so it was not that amazing but it’s not the tour’s fault. I want to mention that the tour can communicate with the guests better by letting them know the current weather situation. Another tour company suggested that we wear long pants for a DMZ tour and we took their advice and so glad we did! For this tour, if the operators could have given us a heads up that would have been helpful. But again, do your weather research and make a decision what to wear during rainy season at the mountains.

A wonderful experience with a seasoned your guide. Thank you Ms. Oanh for the group tour. My favorite part of the tour was the Golden Hand Bridge and all the food stalls.

Cool tour, you could definitely do Ba Na hills on your own. But it's very nice and convenient having a guide show you around
