Our tour guide, Paul, picked us up on-time from our hotel. He was knowledgeable and friendly and escorted us around Taipei like a pro. He knew where to park, get reservations and tickets, and expertly guided us to the highlights at all the locations we visited. We greatly enjoyed this tour and would reccomend.

Very good guide Roger, definitely recommend. Great full day trip in Taipei, we saw the main sights. We were unlucky with the weather, but the experiences made up for it.

We travelled in a mercedes van in style. Driver was very forthcoming when we asked questions.. Saw everything we were expecting to see and more. Our guide James made sure we saw the changing of the guards.
Highly recommend Nicholas Ying as guide/driver when visiting Taiwan.

I was lucky to be assigned Nicholas Ying as my guide and driver. I had a day tour with Nicholas to Yehliu Geopark, Jinguashi Area, Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Railway Station and Pingxi Area. We even had time to visit a tea tasting shop where I learnt a lot and tried a lot of interesting local tea varieties. The host was so kind to entertain me on such short notice thanks to Nicholas. For lunch I requested Nicholas that I was interested in fresh seafood as we were along the coastal area. Nicholas took me to a very nice seafood restaurant in a small fishing port. Everything I ate were caught fresh on the day which made the meal very enjoyable. I highly recommend Nicholas as he was always considerate, punctual, very informative, took initiative, flexible if there were any interesting things along the tour and very sincere. He was also a foodie which was another bonus as I was always interested was very local food. Nicholas was also a very careful driver which was a bonus. He made sure I was comfortable in the car especially since we did travel a lot in very wet and rainy conditions. Although it was wet, windy and rainy most of the day but I enjoyed the day tour thanks to Nicolas. I highly recommend Nicholas for anyone traveling to Taiwan.

We had a fantastic tour of the city highlights with Nicolas Ying! Prior to the tour, communication was made simple via WhatsApp. Not only did he take us from place to place safely and easily, he gave us background and history for every site as well as took some wonderful photos of us together. He also took us a fantastic lunch spot and a place for me to buy some tea! Later, Nicolas gave us some tips for the next few days of our stay, including some foods to try. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and conversation on our first full day in Taipei. Could not have asked for a better guide! Would highly recommend Yolo Taiwan and if you get Nicolas as your guide, know that you're in great hands!
