  We had an amazing full-day tour with Yousef to Wadi Shab and Bimmah Sinkhole! He was an incredible guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the day. Yousef shared lots of interesting facts about Oman and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe during the hike and swim. The entire experience was so well organized, and his positive energy made the trip even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Oman and want to truly experience its natural beauty, I highly recommend booking a tour with Yousef!

  We decided to do this tour as it was closer to Muscat and also involved less walking as we were with our four-year-old son. The tour was private and was all the better for it as it involved climbing up waterfalls and swimming through many pools through the Wadi. The colour of the water was exactly the gorgeous blue that it looks like in the photos and having the guide meant that we were able to go further than we would ever have thought we could have done alone. It was a really fun experience and so stunning. Our guide took lots of great photos of us too. We then went into Muscat and had a local meal. Things to know: this is a very physical tour indeed. It involves short periods of swimming where you will not be able to touch your feet on the ground and a lot of climbing on and over rocks and up waterfalls. If you have proper water shoes then you should be fine but please do not do what we did and try and go in bare feet. We only realised that we needed water shoes when it was too late to be able to go and buy any, but it is actually pretty slippery and uncomfortable without them. The tour accepts cash so it was a bit of a mission around Muscat trying to find some to pay afterwards too. Overall highly recommended however and we are so glad we did it!

  We had YUSUF with us for Wadi shab and the sinkhole He has been THE BEST GUIDE EVER From the cleanliness of the car to helping us during WADI SHAB and beyond If me and my family come to OMAN again I will call ONLY YUSUF He is very kind patient and knowledgeable

  Yousef my guide is very competent and despite my age 63 made me discover the wadi in a very safe way. The heat (in August) was bearable despite a market of about 30 minutes ( 45 if you do poses) allows to discover an exceptional site and cool off in very pure water. The heat in August should not be a brake and swimming allows to recover quickly. You have to provide shoes suitable for swimming and sunscreen... Youssef is far-sighted (water , biscuits and a meal was on the program. ) so I recommend this very professional agency ( message the day before in the morning and departure on time my guide Youssef) 20/20

  Great experience during my short trip to Muscat. The location is beautiful and Hamza is a wonderful guide, answering all my questions and truly introducing Oman to me. This trip made me fall in love with the country and wish to come back soon! Thank you

  This is a great day out. Ahmed was a great guide. The sights themselves were amazing. Wadi Shab is spectacular. It starts with a 45 min walk then you need to swim to get to the final point so prepare for this- shoes you can walk over rocks in and swim in, a waterproof cover for your phone so you can take pictures on the way. The sink hole is an interesting geological feature, also available for swimming but you can still see it if you don't swim. Lunch was delicious- a combination of rice and various meats. The drive there and back goes through the Omani countryside, which is stunning - desert, mountains and dust as far as you can see. Definitely recommend this trip.

  I had an amazing experience on the tour in Oman, and I can't say enough good things about our guide, Mohammed. He was incredibly flexible and accommodating to our requests, always adjusting the schedule to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. His positive attitude and constant smile made the whole trip even more enjoyable. He was a very customer-oriented guide, truly putting our needs first throughout the tour. He was also great company, chatting with us during the long drives, which made the journey pass by quickly and without a dull moment. We also had the chance to try some delicious Omani and Yemeni food, thanks to his recommendation. The restaurant he took us to was fantastic! One of the highlights was when we spotted camels on the side of the road – he kindly stopped so we could take photos and enjoy the moment. The landscapes in Wadi Shab were absolutely stunning, and swimming in the Bimmah Sinkhole was incredibly refreshing. It was a perfect way to end the day. Overall, he was an excellent guide, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Oman!

  This day trip is undoubtedly the best highlight of my whole trip in Oman. I had such a fun time and felt super safe. I booked a private trip with Web Tours and did not regret at all. The hike was great and since it was just me we were able to go at a steady pace and enjoy more time in the water. Hamza (the guide) is super kind and was very well prepared and knows the wadi by heart. As a female solo traveler I felt super safe and very well cared for. Thank you for everything Hamza, Ahmed and Web Tours team!
