Visiting some water temples and mountain temple of Batukaru to experience the most beautiful temples in Bali. You will also stop at the widest rice terraces in Bali called Jatiluwih which has been acknowledged as the world cultural heritage by UNESCO.

Ulun Danu Bratan
The drive will go to the first temple called Ulun Danu Temple. The driving will be around 2 hours from the main tourist area. It is a temple floating on the famous lake of Beratan. It is a very important temple of water to worship the Balinese water, lake and river goddess Dewi Danu, due to the importance of Lake Beratan as a main source irrigation in central Bali.
Jatiluwih Green Land
Next, we drive around 40 to 60 minute to Stop at the widest rice terraces in Bali called Jatiluwih which has been acknowledged from UNESCO as part of the world’s cultural heritage in maintaining the local culture of irrigation system called Subak.

5.00We had a wonderful experience with Komang Pi! He was very kind and friendly, explaining all of the tour places very well. Very good and safe driver throughout the tour, and helped to take pictures in all the best photo spots! Very beautiful locations, would highly recommend! We will book again with him the next time we visit!
Great 3-day Discover Bali experience

5.00We had a super 3-day Discover Bali experience with our driver Radi. Radi was punctual, polite, customer-focussed, accommodating and friendly. We saw just as much as we wanted with no pressure. Radi’s English was excellent and we enjoyed learning all that he explained about the history and cultural significance of the places we visited. I would recommend this trip which included both lunch(es) and entrance fees. Optional items at our own cost were well explained. If you’re lucky enough to get Radi as your driver you’ll have a pleasantly enjoyable experience.

5.00Had a beautiful time with driver and guide Agus from Hire Bali Driver. He was very knowledgeable about temple history, as well as the rice terrace history! He gave us facts throughout the drive; not so much to overwhelm us with information but just enough that we retained and had fun while traveling. Many of the temples on this list are more of a social media hit list; many tourists and crowding. This takes away a bit from the “special” moments at the temples for the tour. We booked the tour more for the rice terraces. Luckily Agus already knew this and arranged the driving and sightseeing so that we saw the temples while avoiding traffic (ie avoiding Canggu after 12 pm). Agus also offered an alternative to the last temple- the largest butterfly park in Bali that was on the way to the rice terraces! SO glad we skipped the last temple to see the butterfly park. It small and very peaceful with minimal amount of people; exactly how you imagine Bali to be. The temples were okay; again definitely more for the ‘gram than anything else (and those pics are also dependent on the weather). It also wasn’t super important for my boyfriend and I, so the switch to the butterfly park was a no brainer. The rice terraces was also absolutely amazing and worth the drive. A bit more remote and quiet, which is what we loved. Added to the vibe of seeing native Bali butterflies/moths/insects up close and personal. to top it off, we arrive early back to our hotel; a request from us that Agus was able to accomplish! Made the tour worth it as we still had half a day to ourselves. This tour and what you get from it is ultimately up to you; we loved the flexibility, and Agus’ knowledge and disposition made it so worth it!

5.00This private tour takes you to the north of Bali away from the touristic spots and it was amazing. And our guide take the most beautiful pictures. This is something you have to do if you like to discover another side of Bali.

5.00Gusde was a wondrfulrful guide and he provided great suportort for our family. We had one member of the family in a wheechairchair and Gusde ensured he found the best route to navigate the wheelchair and also enjoy the beautiful views. He was also very caring and patient and was very helpful in assisting us in pushing the wheelchair the best route for us to navgategate the wheelcairair too when needed. Gusde also shared the histry ofry of the temples and the culture in Bali. All in all Gusde is a wonerfulerful guide and driver and we had a gratat time with him.
Thanks Wayan Jose for a memorable tour!

5.00We had a great tour with Wayan Jose! He speaks good English and can carry out a conversation plus he’s very knowledgeable with the history of the water temples . He even helped us taking pictures and was very patient with us as we carried our coconuts up the hill especially since we were very slow hiking back to the car since we just had a delicious lunch overlooking the rice terraces! I highly recommend going on a tour with Wayan Jose he’s a very good tour guide and safe driver .
