Our guide was very nice and patient and of course polite. He took us to the bus station, payed for it, took picture for us in front of Totoro and then took us inside the museum... 5 star for him ! Now about the museum, mind that the ticket price is 1000 yen. The pre order system makebit hard for foreign people, so 100euros for a 5 euro ticket is... well a lot. Inside the museum you'll find 3 interesting room plus an event room. 1 is about animation technique, it's very interesting ( it was actually my favorite and was worth the price for me ) but it's like a 10 min stop. Then go up to visit a reproduction of Miyasaki workplace, with a lot of drawing and storyboard. Then a nekobus for kids to play with.... and that's it. 2 little shop, a cafe outside and on the rooftop you can take picture with the giant robot from Laputa. If you are a die hard fan of Ghibli, 100 is ok. If you just barely know the name, i would encourage you to find cheaper ticket or manage to grab some 1month before ( released the ten of each month for the next month...)

Went very smoothly. Guide brought us to the bus to go to the entrance. Bus tickets and tickets for the museum were all included. No hassles. Answered all of our questions and was very helpful.
