  Take this tour! Stan was amazing! His energy and charisma is fantastic. The only improvement would be if it was longer. You won't be disappointed!

  Great bus tour around some haunted sites in London. Our tour guide was also brilliant, especially with the story telling and special effects he added in made the tour alot more spooky.

  It wasn't what we expected. We were expecting a short theatrical performance from a group of actors. Very few references to ghosts by the single actor. He worked hard and was good but he spoke too fast especially when it came to the punch lines. I'm sure people missed a lot of them as there was very little interaction. One of the children attending commented as we got off. She said that was very frightening at all.

  The tour was cancelled the day we were suppose to go due to “ illness”. We still have not received our refund.

  We specifically stayed over night in London to do a Haunted Ghost tour and was so excited to find this tour as the ghost bus is a unique and fun addition to the tour! We originally booked the 7:30pm tour and were contacted about 5pm or so while we were having dinner and told our tour was canceled. Fortunately they were able to have us join the 9pm tour, which was a bit late for our liking but we were not too upset as we were just happy to still be able to do the tour. This interaction was very professional and honestly did not bother us, things happen and we were just appreciative they were able to still get us on for the later tour that evening. We rearranged our evening and arrived just before the departure for our now 9pm tour. We arrived and stepped on board with excitement. We looked for the guide to check in ( he was upstairs when we arrived) and was met with what I assume was the stereotypical dry British humor. Which in our opinion was just rude, as we were scolded for stepping aboard before without permission…if that was such a big deal than someone should have been there to greet guests on their arrival, but that’s just my personal option. All of the above was just whatever and water under the bridge, honestly we did not care very much about any of that but it only got worse and was only down hill from there. This was hands down one of the worse tours we have ever been on globally and I now feel the need to share this experience with others to hopefully avoid them from feeling as disappointed as we did on this tour. The tour was supposed to be haunted history tour and around 1 hour or so. This tour was barely 40 minutes long and it was so theatrical, it felt like a Saturday Night Live Skit. Don’t get me wrong we love some good comedy and are not prude to dark humor but this was not either styles of comedy, it was just so bad it was funny. Kinda like watching a child’s school pageant. Overall we are just disappointed. Super short tour, unprofessional and not at all what we expected based on the 400+ reviews and tour description we read when booking. To top it all off we were aggressively asked to tip the guide at the end. I wish I just took the refund when they canceled our tour less than 2 hours before the start time, as I honestly just felt ripped off/scammed and didn’t receive what I booked and paid for.
