Experience an indulgent and diverse full day tour showcasing the very best sights and tastes from the Central Otago region. Let your experienced wine guide lead you on a tasting journey through three contrasting Central Otago wine sub-regions; Gibbston, Bannockburn and Cromwell.
Enjoy a guided tour through New Zealand’s largest underground wine cave and savour a unique lunch with 5 dishes cooked in retired oak barrels and perfectly matched with 5 wines.
You will also have an opportunity to retrace history with a visit to the historical settlements of Arrowtown, and Old Cromwell (when time permits). Learn about the early pioneering history and how the wine region was formed through an array of fun facts and interesting stories from your knowledgeable wine guide.
At the end of your tour you will be returned to your accommodation.

4.00All wineries offer tastings of their least expensive (of course) and that made them all more or less alike. The food was very nice, but we would have appreciated an oral presentation of the wines (that were really good!) and the setting was nice but a bit noisy. Very lovely driver and wwe enjoyed the occasional guiding. A stop at Roaring Meg would have been nice, very beautiful spot!

5.00Absolutely fantastic experience with Jamie she was very knowledgeable friendly and happy to answer any questions that were asked. The whole trip was fantastic. The food was great. The wine was great. The cheese was great. I would highly recommend this experience to anybody coming to Queenstown, New Zealand.

5.00We had a lot of fun cruising around the Otago wine country with John! He was a delightful guide and the scenery was spectacular. Lunch was delicious and the wines were quite good too.

5.00Highly recommend. Small group of 12 with good vibes and good company. Was a well paced day considering 4 wineries with multiple tasting at each. Lunch was a spectacular affair with 5 delicious dishes and paired wine with each. Would do again!

5.00We were picked up right on time from near our hotel. It was a small group of 12-13 people. Our guide was John, who kept the spirit alive even when there hadn’t been any spirit introduced yet 😀 He interacted with each of us, kept giving trivia about the places, drove us through some breathtaking landscapes. This was a wonderful day. We got to see so many towns, Tatar many varieties of wines and met some amazing people. The gourmet lunch spread at The Stoakers made us feel like we’re in a medieval city and some king has thrown a party for us!! It was a memorable day.

5.00Ben was a fantastic wine and local history expert (and driver...he wore many hats while not wearing an actual hat!) He took us to several great wineries and The Stoaker for food...all delicious!

5.00Highly recommend!! I couldn't recommend this tour more. Kate was lovely and amazing and so was everyone at all the wineries. The food was amazing and everyone on our tour was lovely. I have been to 4 wine tours before and this was by far the best.
