Experience an indulgent and diverse full day tour showcasing the very best sights and tastes from the Central Otago region. Let your experienced wine guide lead you on a tasting journey through three contrasting Central Otago wine sub-regions; Gibbston, Bannockburn and Cromwell.
Enjoy a guided tour through New Zealand’s largest underground wine cave and savour a unique lunch with 5 dishes cooked in retired oak barrels and perfectly matched with 5 wines.
You will also have an opportunity to retrace history with a visit to the historical settlements of Arrowtown, and Old Cromwell (when time permits). Learn about the early pioneering history and how the wine region was formed through an array of fun facts and interesting stories from your knowledgeable wine guide.
At the end of your tour you will be returned to your accommodation.

5.00A fantastic experience. Started the day at 930am and headed to the wine cave at Gibbston Valley for a tour in the wine Cave. This was followed by wine tasting in 3 more wine cellars including Akarua which has superb Pinot noir abd Pinot Gris. The gourmet lunch was exceptional and worth the extra money for the gourmet food tour. Taimi the tour guide was excellent, sharing her experience with us throughout the tour. By the end of the tour we tasted about 20 different wines , all very good quality. Thanks Taimi.

5.00A very well organised tour with quality wine tastings and vineyards. Presentations were given by knowledgeable staff and lunch was delicious in a casual and fun atmosphere. A good sized group of twelve in a minibus. The tour leader was excellent and provided lots of history about NZ and the wine regions. Big thanks to Ben! I would definitely recommend this tour company.

5.00It was a wonderful day! The wine was excellent, the food was delicious, and the tour guide was simply fantastic. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys tasting fine wines and trying dishes prepared in old wine barrels. Thanks to the small group size, the tour is also ideal for solo travelers—and the wine certainly helps, too ;)

5.00I traveled with girls to Queenstown for a week and this day out was one of the highlights of my trip and also for my friends. The hostess was knowledgeable, friendly and took us to amazing places. The winery’s were amazing and the lunch was fantastic, very tasty and well presented. I would highly recommend this day out to everyone.

4.00All wineries offer tastings of their least expensive (of course) and that made them all more or less alike. The food was very nice, but we would have appreciated an oral presentation of the wines (that were really good!) and the setting was nice but a bit noisy. Very lovely driver and wwe enjoyed the occasional guiding. A stop at Roaring Meg would have been nice, very beautiful spot!

5.00Absolutely fantastic experience with Jamie she was very knowledgeable friendly and happy to answer any questions that were asked. The whole trip was fantastic. The food was great. The wine was great. The cheese was great. I would highly recommend this experience to anybody coming to Queenstown, New Zealand.
