Since the tour can be delayed due to bad weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour.
Destinations are subject to closure due to factors beyond our control; such as bad weather, road construction, etc.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the vehicle during the tour. NPE tour staff reserves the rights to refuse guests who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs (including marijuana) or alcohol; these guests will not be eligible for a refund.
Minimum passenger count required to operate the tour.
Please note that backpacks with two shoulder straps are not allowed at Grand Canyon West and must remain on the motor vehicle during your visit
While smaller one-strap shoulder bags or small purse backpacks are allowed on the bus, suitcases or larger luggage must be left behind.

5.00What fantastic amazing day had at Grand Canyon having helicopter ride and boat ride and to visit to the hoover dam view was really amazing views on couch and when walking are amazing. Going to miss these places Such amazing tour and tour guide Milton is amazing guide very chatty and lots of information and made our tour amazing.

4.00Beautiful tour, amazing places and people (Hualapai), charismatic tour guide Marsello and taking care driver Stenly. Very charismatic guide tour helped us a lot. Only one moment that because we took included heli and boat - it was almost no time for exploring Eagle point and absolutely no time to take a look in Guano point. On next day I still had feeling like did need 2 more hours for enjoying lunch in SkyWalk restaurant and going around over the place, and had need at least one more hour figure out Guano point. But anyway we had a luck to get a table near the window at the center and made a lot of pictures of this iconic place. To explore more both points and other parts of really Grand Canyon is big reason come back more and more. Marsello and driver taking care of visitors a lot!!!! Thank you!!!!!

5.00We had a tour with Gia and Milton. They are amazing! We had a big problem in Guano restaurant. More than 1 hour to have the food. Lack of employees in the restaurant, really bad. This event delayed our trip in at least 30 minutes. Gia and Milton were very supportive!
