  Excellent experience, 100% recommend. My guide was MAURITIUS. He's the best guide I've ever had asked about him. Always watch for anything you need. He explained everything.   The views are totally spectacular and impressive and all the staff are super friendly. The stops we made prior to arriving at the Grand Canyon along with the informative information about the area were a huge plus to our tour.   The walk through the grand canyon was a wonderful experience, no doubt. The service of the guide Pedro was excellent. I really enjoyed every moment of this unforgettable adventure. I recommend this tour to all who visit Las Vegas. I also recommend asking if the hotel they are staying at applies to be picked up from there.

  Very bad experience. On February 25, we toured the Grand Canyon, the purchased included helicopter and boat ride. A lady named Érika the day before called saying that you could not do the helicopter because of environmental conditions, when we passed through the takeoff area they were leaving the same so we asked the guide whose explanation did not match Erika's. Then we also learned that there would be no boat ride. I started asking the other hikers and absolutely everyone had bought the simple tour. I think it would be just the three of us for the full tour and they added us to a simple one. I mean, we feel scammed because they gave us a third of what we paid, they ask you to upload the card you paid with and the original paper they make you send by mail, covering you that you pay but nothing prevents them from not complying. Even today, April 7, I am waiting for the refund because we paid almost 1500 USS for the three that this Mrs Erika remained to manage and never answered me a message again Unfortunately, the good reputation will go to those who buy simple tours. Make sure the same thing doesn't happen to you. The great canyon a beauty
