It's the Grand Canyon, so it's probably still great for people who've never been. That said, PLEASE do yourself a favor and drive to literally any other entry point. This is a money grab, and the most heavily policed disappointment of a 2 hour excursion. It felt like Grand Canyon Disney, and not in a good way. I was willing to pay the money because I understand the Indian reservation owns the property and respect their ability to determine access, but yikes. You're herded onto busses. Then herded through lines to see things where you are told where you can and cannot go, what you can and cannot see and carry with you, and everything is about 3x more expensive than it should be. We went in February, so it must be bonkers during heavy tourism times. Also, if it's possible for the Grand Canyon to look shallow and not at all "grand"...they've found the spot. LOL. Enter anywhere else, stand anywhere else, and you'll pay less, feel less hurried, and actually be able to appreciate the grandeur of this stunning wonder of the world. You'll find privacy, have time to soak it in, and there are so many helpful guides and rangers to give you assistance and tell interesting stories--you won't regret it.

Skywalk views extraordinary! Enjoyed looking at ruins and tribal dance entertainment. Sky view restaurant views very pretty. Gift shop merchandise low and some restaurants and zip line not open.

It was a nice tour. You basically go at your own pace. We drove there & caught the shuttle to the different locations. They didn’t say enough about the tribal dancers at eagle point in a building off to the left so we found it ourselves. But beautiful views & good food & jewelry & friendly staff throughout

Great experience for everything that we did - overnight in the cabins; breakfast at the onsite café; (the breakfast burrito was large and filling, the breakfast platter was large , and bottomless coffee); Skywalk (not as frightening as it could have been, hut if you are a photographer , you cannot take you own photos – but there are photographers available to capture those moments for you); and Grand Canyon views ( get in line for the bus to the Skywalk and two other stops; we decided to see what each one stop offered so went to the last one, and it was good to be able to get another shuttle back relatively quickly.) There is a lot to see even if you don't do the Skywalk. Very pretty area and interesting exhibits and demonstrations.

I visited the West Rim with a group of 7 and honestly it was one of the most disappointing tourist experiences we’ve had. The price alone was hard to justify. Around $99 per person just to access the site and ride the shuttle feels excessive especially when you don’t have the option to pick and choose what you actually want. It’s bundled whether you like it or not. It took us about 30 minutes just to get to the actual site by bus, then more than 45 minutes standing in line again just to catch a bus back to the home base. Young kids and senior citizens were exposed to the cold winter weather with long waits and no efficient crowd control. For what’s being charged, the operation should run much smoother. The Skywalk is interesting for a few minutes but once that photo moment is over, there isn’t much else that feels worth the cost. The overall experience felt commercialized and poorly managed rather than memorable. We’ve been to the South Rim before and the difference is significant. Better views, more freedom to immerse and far better value. For the amount our group spent, we expected something special. Instead, it felt overpriced and frustrating.

The prices were high and there were not enough shuttles for a holiday weekend. They blamed it on one driver out and unexpected surge of people. So this park needs an organization redesign and a real manager.

We got the all access ticket to see the west side of the Grand Canyon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The people talked nonstop about watch out for the cows on the road. Honestly, it's a big hole in the ground. The $97 ticket per person was a tad too high for what you got. Make sure, if you go, to make a reservation to the zip line. Otherwise you won't be able to zip.

We drive 2h40 from Vegas to the west grand canyon. Good road, no mystery to reach. It was a beautiful winter day with clear sky. Ticket value of usd 99 per person. I had read on the website that two paying adults , one child would be courtesy . At the time of the ticket purchase, the attendant wanted to charge me 300 usd and I promptly indicated the promotion of the site. She became graceless and applied the courtesy of the child. Very ugly attitude of the employee , wanting to pass the leg on a tourist . All I missed was this one , take a blow , but I 'm vaccinated against this team of people . After that phase , you get in buses that take you to the observation points . Guano point, eagle point and the skywalk. Grand Canyon is a place of lush nature, quiet, worth the experience, even with such expensive entrance. The skywalk is a nice experience for those who like this type of adventure. Makes beautiful pictures up there. The tip is that in Arizona , there is a time change in relation to Vegas , where the clock is 1 hour ahead, so pay attention to this fact to schedule the time you intend to arrive .

That really check the address , we traveled from Scottsdale to the canyon, gave our gps Grand Canyon west airport, and it took us 4 hrs away to the south rim, so we could not use the tickets and lost 227.00. Did not have time to drive another 4 hrs to be where we should have been

We bought the All Access Pass but were given no information on arrival — just told to get on the bus to the first stop (Skywalk), which made planning the day difficult. Most staff we asked for help were unhelpful and disengaged. The exception was one of the bus drivers, who was friendly, funny, and informative — easily the best part of the service. We visited Skywalk and Guano Point (which was amazing), but were then told we had to drive ourselves to the zip line. When we arrived at 4pm, we were bluntly told it was closed, despite never being given any closing times or guidance. Guano Point was the highlight, but overall it felt expensive for what you get, especially given the lack of information and service.
