3.00It was good but I was very disappointed with the hoover damn... the driver picked a horrible location to stop and let us walk around the area. We had bad view of damn... also the driver kept talking about 69 step to get a good view of damn driver never get us opportunity to do that.... other than that the tour guide was very pleasant and very funny. Very informative.

1.00Extremely pathetic service. The bus broke down during a middle of our trip at 40 deg C. No compensation was given inspite of they assuring us. I had to be back by evening for an important booking and the trip got delayed by 2.5 hrs.

5.00Is someone who has always wanted to see the Grand Canyon, I thought this experience was well worth the money. The tour guide was exceptional, falling back on her many decades of experience to giveall on the tour, a great perspective and history of the area.

5.00Our entire experience with SWEETours was amazing. Directions and communication were great. Charles is an excellent driver with outstanding knowledge of the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Definitely recommend!

3.00Hi, First of all they forgot to pick me up at the location specified, they asked me to be there at 6 am but they picked me Round 7:10 am after my follow ups and long waiting time over the phone! Then second driver was talking too much and half of his speeches was not understandable. When people were boarding on the bus he stopped me and some others to wait more although he knew i was waiting over an hour to them pick me up!!! The bus smelled like toilet where I sat specifically when passing over bumpers and the toilet was not usable because of the bad smell! The lunch and breakfast was only for giving them something not quality food! All in all this tour for me worth 70 cad max based on the negative points whereas I paid 240 if I rented a car and go to great restaurent it was a better choice! And lastly even though the driver knew which hotel should drop me off, he dropped me somewhere else across the street 10 minutes walk to my drop off location although he dropped everyone else at the exact point in front of their hotel! Anyway not sure if I want to suggest this tour to anyone else! By the way my personal rate is 2 but I gave 3 here!!!!

5.00Charles our guide/driver was amazing!! The wealth of information that he shared about Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon and the surrounding area was incredible. This was our 2nd booking with Viator over the last few years and why we will never book with any other company. The Colosseum tour was equally as good. Keep up the great work Viator and thank you Charles for an unforgettable adventure!!!!
