Children 2 years and older are required to have a seat by FAA regulations
Passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat; this must be reserved in advance to guarantee room.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Photos are available to be purchased at the gift shop.
If you elect to purchase Skywalk admission, please note loose objects, including cameras, are not allowed on the Skywalk. Personal goods will need to be stored in a complimentary locker.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00The Maverick helicopter tour from Vegas to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon was amazing! Pilot Aaron H was knowledgeable, and funny and caring. He allowed everyone to have a chance to ride in the front. From check-in to the shuttles at the west rim to the return flight - everything was wonderful! Of course, the sights are incredible!

5.00Yes it’s a lot of money but my God!!! Great view of the hoover dam and then over the desert where we put down to refuel in the middle of nowhere, right next to some Joshua trees. Then on to the canyon itself. Absolutely breathtaking views. Put down again and walked over the skywalk before return flight back to Vegas over the strip! Great pilot. Very knowledgable. Would highly recommend!!!

4.00Our helicopter pilot was wonderful. A little to much time at Grand Canyon area. Should have chosen the one that stopped at Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

5.00From start to finish this was day out that I will never forget. Maverick were fantastic at keeping in touch in the run up too our trip and they even upgraded us for free to the west rim tour from the wind dancer one .. so we got to experience the Sky Walk and Guano Point also. Our pilot was Aaron .. he was really chatty and informative and we really enjoyed our day with him .. his knowledge about the area was unprecedented. As we flew over each area he was pointing out various landmarks and talking us through the commentary on the helicopter. We landed in the canyon and got the chance to explore and take pictures.. champagne and snacks were on offer. After that we flew up too the hub for the Sky walk, landed and hopped on the free bus too the Skywalk. After that it was on too Guano Point and then back to the Helicopter for the flight home over Lake Mead.. we then flew up the strip over all the landmarks and big hotels before a nice smooth landing back at Maverick. Best day ever !!

5.00Our pilot Chance was really nice and professional! We wouldn't have had time to see the Grand Canyon without taking the helicopter ride to and from! We were able to see the Hoover Dam, Mead Lake and the Grand Canyon from above! We would do it again. Thank you to Maverick Helicopters for a great experience!

5.00Great experience, it wasn’t cheap but it’s worth doing if you can afford it. Flying over the Hoover Dam you get a fantastic view and then on to The Grand Canyon, The transfer from the heliport was quick and out to EAGLE POINT and then onto Guano Point.
