Children 2 years and older are required to have a seat by FAA regulations

Passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat; this must be reserved in advance to guarantee room.

Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.

Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Photos are available to be purchased at the gift shop.

If you elect to purchase Skywalk admission, please note loose objects, including cameras, are not allowed on the Skywalk. Personal goods will need to be stored in a complimentary locker.

The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)

Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

Great experience, it wasn’t cheap but it’s worth doing if you can afford it. Flying over the Hoover Dam you get a fantastic view and then on to The Grand Canyon, The transfer from the heliport was quick and out to EAGLE POINT and then onto Guano Point.

Superbly organised trip. Reminders of pick up were received which gave confidence that someone would definitely be there to collect. Pick up from hotel was on time. Helipad reception very nice and welcoming. Pilot was Kimsie and it was just us and another couple. Kimsie was excellent and she gave us a running commentary when there was something of interest to see. We went in front on the way to GC and the other couple went in front on way back. It was spectacular flying through the Grand Canyon before we landed. Coach took us to the Sky Walk which was expensive but you kind of felt like you had to do it. Great views and we were able to take our phones on the walkway so we could take some pics. We then got a bus to Guano point which provided an opportunity for some more fabulous views and photos. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Picked up directly from hotel on time. Pilot professional and everything explained fully. 45 minute flight to Grand Canon and buses there to take us to view points. Bus back, return flight. Fabulous trip great time

Wow. What an experience! Pricey but worth it. You get picked up from your hotel, taken to their place, checked in, thorough safety demo. Just fyi, you may be sat apart from your friends/family for weight purposes/distribution. They change seats 3 times total so everyone gets a chance to be up front. Lasts about 2.5 hours from start to finish. Amazing
You won’t regret doing this it was awesome.

What a great experience. Our pilot, Coya was brilliant, giving us information as we flew. The flight was beyond what I expected and the Grsnd Canyon was stunning.

Really well organised and an experience to remember. The bus picked us up from the destination on time, we were grouped into 6, the pilot was truly friendly. the view from the helicopter was absolutely amazing. we then had just the right amount of time to move from one viewpoint to another. It was perfect. An amazing experience.

At first I wasn’t sure I would like the helicopter ride ! A bit fearful of being in helicopter. My husband and I did this tour and our pilot I think I recall his name to be Todd ,a young pilot new to the company was amazing!! His confidence made us feel safe He was a great tour guide and seemed very skilled. A pleasant guy!! The sites from the helicopter were breathtaking. We went to the skywalk west rim. I love Native American history and the people so I am glad we chose this tour to support them. The canyon is beautiful. I highly recommend Maverick Helicopters.

We took this tour during the heat of the summer, and it was fantastic. Pick up from our resort was on time, with clear instructions provided. A fairly short drive to the end of the strip and we were straight through to check-in. Shortly after, we were boarding our helicopter, with our pilot (Tyler?), who provided clear safety instructions and we were off. The flight over the strip and to/from the canyon’s west rim was smooth and rewarding in views. Just the right amount of time was left to explore the rim on foot, and shuttle bus.
