Children 2 years and older are required to have a seat by FAA regulations
Passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat; this must be reserved in advance to guarantee room.
Per FAA Regulations, original government issued photo ID such as a REAL-ID compliant driver's license or a valid passport is required for all travelers over the age of 18. Photocopies or digital IDs are not accepted. Any guest arriving without original, government-issued identification will be denied check-in, and no refunds will be issued for any guest in the reservation.
Due to uneven terrain at the Grand Canyon, this tour is not wheelchair accessible.
Photos are available to be purchased at the gift shop.
If you elect to purchase Skywalk admission, please note loose objects, including cameras, are not allowed on the Skywalk. Personal goods will need to be stored in a complimentary locker.
The total combined passenger weight (including pilot) cannot exceed 1170lbs (530kg)
Helicopter seating is based on legal weight & balance limits and will be assigned after check-in. Maverick Helicopters does not guarantee seating next to or in the same row of the rest of the party.”

5.00What a great trip. It was a long day but Carlitos kept us entertained and educated and on time - in Spanish and English! - and Kenny the driver was kind and competent. I learned a great deal. Would highly recommend. The bus was fine. Older and no wifi, but it got the job done.

5.00This was an expensive trip worth every penny. A one off experience I’ll never forget. After the minefield of options and filtering reviews we decided to do the vegas departure round trip with Maverick Helicopters and loved every minute of it. No driving at all except a quick bus at Grand Canyon and Uber to the airport. Shared the helicopter with 2 other couples. Lots of in-air time. Got reseated at each landing too so everyone got to sit all around the helicopter. Had plenty of adventure time at stops and time to snack. Advice…wear sunscreen and bring a large cold water each. The ride was flawless, friendly and lots of facts and knowledge all in good humour from the pilot. In a single word…AWESOME!

5.00This exhilarating helicopter ride across the Grand Canyon was awesome with breathtaking views. The entire staff from the front desk associates to the pilot were professional and courteous. This is truly the best way to experience this natural wonder.

5.00The Maverick helicopter tour from Vegas to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon was amazing! Pilot Aaron H was knowledgeable, and funny and caring. He allowed everyone to have a chance to ride in the front. From check-in to the shuttles at the west rim to the return flight - everything was wonderful! Of course, the sights are incredible!

5.00Yes it’s a lot of money but my God!!! Great view of the hoover dam and then over the desert where we put down to refuel in the middle of nowhere, right next to some Joshua trees. Then on to the canyon itself. Absolutely breathtaking views. Put down again and walked over the skywalk before return flight back to Vegas over the strip! Great pilot. Very knowledgable. Would highly recommend!!!

4.00Our helicopter pilot was wonderful. A little to much time at Grand Canyon area. Should have chosen the one that stopped at Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. Otherwise I would highly recommend.
