It was very informative! The guides fess up and stay in character which adds to the experience! We topped it off my having an exquisite high tea at the hotel. An afternoon to remember!

Tour was lackluster. The guide lacked enthusiasm. Info regarding parking and meet up location was vague and incomplete. Would not recommend to friends visiting from out of town.

The tour was a fun experience. We started outside of the hotel, then went inside, visited the lobby, few rooms, took the escalator. It was more than I expected. Our tour guide Thomas had a wonderful sense of humor, all his stories were so interesting, informative and fun. I enjoyed the tour very much. And, of course, the hotel looks majestic!

A very interesting tour of the founding, history, additions to the hotel itself. Very interesting place in World War II as to the planning of D-Day. Guide was in period costume and very entertaining as well as knowledgeable. Had anecdotes about the hotel and its prior guests. . Well worth it to see The ball rooms and dining room rooms. Just wish we had been shown a suite or other hotel room.

Lovely tour guide! Her real name was Nicole. She dressed the part in her beautiful pink dress. She was quite pleasant, funny and informative on our tour.
