Got collected from our hotel as atranged. Fantastic guide who was very informative and nothing was too much trouble including taking our pics all day. Fantastic experience in both destinations. Our driver was fab too providing us with cold towels and ice cold drinks all day. Would highly recommend.
Please, save yourself the time, money, and stress—go elsewhere

It's not often that I leave reviews, but this experience was so unprofessional that I feel it's my duty to warn others. The service, from start to finish, was a textbook example of how not to run a business. It was disorganized, lacked basic customer care, and left a lot to be desired in terms of communication. When I did manage to get a response, it was dismissive and rude. The services we purchased were not delivered, and we were left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. We purchased the most expensive package, which included pickup and drop-off, as well as alcoholic drinks. However, we did not receive any of these services. We had to take a taxi to get there and back to the hotel. But this is not the worst part; when we arrived at the address on the itinerary, we were told that we were in the wrong place and that we did not have a reservation. I showed the reservation and the address on it to the very rude host. When he realized we were right, he told us to wait for someone to cancel their reservation so we could get a table, and from there, everything got worse. We got a table at the back of the "cruise", we could not see the show, the food was cold, the drinks were terrible and expensive. That was a horrible night for me and my family. Please, save yourself the time, money, and stress—go elsewhere

Great little tour to see another part of Bangkok. Unfortunately for us there was major flooding on the road a traffic accident so we were delayed in transit. But our fabulous tour guide (Pui) and driver (Tao). Still ensured we go to take a boat ride around the floating markets (must try the mango sticky rice and coconut ice cream) and see the train come and go into the market. Because of the delay we unfortunately didn’t get to ride the train in. Was a great day out and was. Back in the city by 2pm.
