Surcharge: 10 USD per person on Lunar New year holiday: Feb 16,17,18,19,20, 2026 (Please pay cash directly on tour)

Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes/ sandals/ flip flops, swimming suits, towels, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters (glass water bottle/thermos water bottle), snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).

8.00 – 8.45AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.50AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.10AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.40AM to get on the bus.

Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going.

Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist)

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay

Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.

For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.

Overall a good tour and tour guide, but time management could have been better. Restroom break should be 15 minutes instead of the 45 minutes at a pearl factory store - not on the itinerary, guess they wanted us to do some shopping there.

Our tour guide was wonderful and very organised and our bus driver did an excellent job. Food on the boat was delicious

We highly appreciated Vegan food with lots of choice, it's great for us. The trip through amazing scenery with very well organized & interesting activities, especially the kayaking time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic trip, Hung our tour guide was very friendly and helpful. All activities were very enjoyable. If you're after a great one day tour I would highly recommend you do this one.

It's a bit rush with around 5 cruising hours in the bay including lunch, cave, island & kayaking activities but interesting. Thank so much Hung & team who bring everyone a great tour & fun!
