5.00Had a great time!! Pickup was in the morning at nearby hotel, drove to home office to grab the snorkel gear and then to Hanauma Bay. They dropped us off right by the admission office. Spent approx. 3 hrs. in the water. Then was picked back up at drop off spot. Was nice not having to worry about driving and trying to get in at the park. They did the reservations; we just had to pay the 25-dollar admission fee. Will do the trip again the next time we are back on the island.

1.00Disappointing experience ever in Hawaii. I usually book activities directly through official websites, but this time I booked a snorkeling experience through Viator for Hanauma Bay. The staff at the bay did not accept the booking confirmation or receipt from the app, and when I contacted the provider, they were unhelpful and did not assist me in getting my snorkeling gear. The provider later mentioned that entry was only allowed through their shuttle service and that guests could not go directly to the bay themselves - but this was never clearly communicated during booking via call. The whole process was confusing, misleading, and extremely frustrating. Completely ruined the experience.

5.00Great experience! Kaimana Tours picked us up on time and got us to H Bay with all our equipment quickly. H Bay was great snorkeling!! The early time slot was perfect! Snorkel equipment worked very well!! Friendly and knowledgeable drivers!!

5.00Best snorkeling!! I was by myself for the day and did not have a rental car- I looked into Ubers which would be about $30 per direction from Waikiki. So, with the value of this including snorkeling gear too, this was perfect! Made for easy entry without dealing with the official reservation system. Drivers were prompt, friendly, and informative. Highly recommend!

5.00It is a beautiful place! I saw so many different types of fish! The water is very shallow so it was hard to swim without my legs bumping into the sharp rocks It helps to float and look at the fish

5.00Wonderful experience. I haven’t been to Hanauma Bay in years and it was even more beautiful than I remembered. Our driver was amazing, thoughtful, patient and informative. Very reasonable pricing for such an amazing experience.

5.00Great that we got there as it opened as it gets crowded as the day goes on. Being able to snorkel without as many people in the water was better than later. Our shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Had additional fins handy as one of our party needed to swap out for a smaller size. Tip: bring your own water bottles as the goft shop charges over $6

5.00Such a great experience! This was a shuttle and rental service, but our driver Diogo was so friendly and hilarious! He made the drive go by quickly and we had such fun conversations. The bay itself was great and Diogo gave lots of information about the wildlife and how to properly use the snorkel equipment. 10/10 would do again!

5.00Our tour guide/driver was great! Told us a lot about the area and even a great place for donuts while taking us into the bay. The water was beautiful and the beach was so refreshing. Make sure you bring the right sunscreen (mineral zinc only), you will need it. If you don’t use it you will suffer the consequences. Would definitely recommend our guide Kevin. Thank you!
