1.00I would never recommend this horrible company to anyone. I had booked snorkeling for my son and I. He ended up getting sick the day before and I called and asked if I could have a refund and they said NO. Then I asked for a voucher for possibly another time if we were to come again and they said NO to that. They said to let them know by 9:00 pm that night. I would assume because they wanted to double book and line someone else up. I told them I would let them know in the am. Well my son was still sick and we didn’t go. This company didn’t care at all. It’s all about money!! The customer service was horrible in telling me when to let them know by and just nasty!! I wish them a lot of luck in staying in business. In this day and age businesses like this will go under without good customer service

5.00Go early when there are less people and you can see more of the reef without running into other swimmers. Bring chairs & umbrellas. An amazing experience!

3.00The bay and nature were amazing. Masks were constantly leaking and foggy. I’m diving a lot so problem was not in the user.

5.00The company was great to work with before and during our snorkeling adventure. Pick-up was on time and the trip was well organized. We saw beautiful fish and coral and enjoyed time on the pristine beach.

5.00If you don’t plan to rent a car in Oahu and want to go snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, this is the best option. The drivers are professional, and the equipment provided is excellent.

5.00Our driver was really great! Made sure we understood the process and kept us entertained with local stories and restaurant recommendations! The Hanauma Bay Park was beautiful and the snorkeling was unbelievable! Pleasantly surprised there was a shuttle down to the bay from the ticketing area! If I lived here I'd visit every week!!

3.00Go early as this is a beautiful spot but busy. My husband’s snorkel was broken and would not stay on the mask. Very disappointing! He was not able to do much Sonia’s we had to share my equipment.

5.00Great driver! Easy to access van/get dropped off. Beautiful. While at experience-take your own snacks/water bottles. Water/soda at snack bar- $7.00+ . Definitely a tourist attraction. Get there EARLY, as tickets sell out. Would do it again. Beautiful Beach

5.00Guide was very friendly! On time pick up! Beautiful bay and great fish to see! Would recommend renting the beach chairs, much more comfortable than sitting on the sand. Even though I am a good swimmer, I appreciated using a life jacket.

5.00Great experience with Kaimana Tours! Thought the time period allowed at Hanauma would be hurried, but delightfully surprised we had plenty of time in the water. As stated, $25/per adult in cash needed for entrance fee to Hanauma Bay, which includes free ride down/ back to/from the beach…great when carrying gear down and up the hill. Take water and snacks! All are $$ and inconvenient to get as snack bar is at the entrance.
