Beautiful experience, definitely something that should be on everyone’s bucket list. People should note this is a nature preserve which is why it’s so well maintained and there are a decent amount of rules and guidelines you must follow but it’s all for the safety of people attending as well as the marine life and their ecosystem. We saw so many beautiful fish and were blown away. Definitely worth visiting and experiencing!!

What a beautiful location! The mountains, the volcanoes, the sunrise and the ocean - it was breathtaking!! We came in November, and it was high tide, so the water was a little rough and it was freezing! I recommend if the water is cold, rent a wet suit! Our goggles kept clouding up and leaking water, so we did not get to snorkel as much as we would have liked. But our bus driver was so nice and shared fun facts about the city as we drove to Hunauma Bay. He even drove us to the top of the area to see the sunrise. You pay for this tour, then have to pay $25 cash to enter the park area. And you have to rent life jackets and other equipment once you are there.

Even if the price went up, I wish it included Life Best Rental. I borrowed something from Tube Noodles, but I didn't know how to use it.

Easy and on time pickup. Hanauma bay staff itself has ton of rules and I would not blame the tour company for the bay staff. Overall a fun trip with Martha.

The fee does not include everything, it includes the snorkeling gear and transportation. The life jackets, chairs, and umbrellas are a la carte. The driver was not clear about what to expect or what the process was we would go through. She needed a microphone so those in the back of the van could hear her. She was busy the whole ride talking to the lady in the front seat. The snorkeling was good and the amount of time allowed for snorkeling was perfect.

Hanauma Bay is beautiful and well worth the trip. I use Viator all the time. This was booked way too early! They picked us up at 5:45 (not exactly fun on vacation). We got to the bay so early we had to wait in the car, they walk and wait until the gates opened. They we waited until the ticket booths opened, then waited until the bay opened. I have no idea why this tour starts so early. 8am would be lovely. Also we have our own snorkel equipment and you have to pay separately for admission. We basically paid for a ride. Next time I would use the system to get my own tickets and go at a much more reasonable time. The only time they offer is this middle of the night trip.

We had a group of 12 from 68 to 4 years old. 3 teenagers and one pre teen. Everyone described this adventure as one of the best ever! Worth every penny!! Just do it!
