5.00K.I.T Masa our driver helpful enough and accommodating to allow us some flexibility in the places we have visited. As it was raining the whole time, he made sure all three of us were assisted especially whenever we alight or get back to the car. He just did not drive us around but also did his best to give us additional insights on the places weve visited including restsurants as good options. If its your first time in Karuizawa or someone not familiar in the place and relies heavily on the car driver for the tour, Masa would best fit this role. Speaks very good english, good conversant and exudes good customer service. I am highly recommending to avail car service from him
