5.00Pickup at the airport was good. Even with a huge flight delay, Mr Tho was there on time and waited until my flight landed. He asked me to wait for the driver that came fast and took me to the hotel with no issues.

5.00They were waiting with a name plate outside the airport terminal. Contacted us when inside to say where they would meet us. The driver even stopped and got us some water out of his own money. Very lovely helpful people always smiling. Great service. Thank you

3.00Our flight was delayed and we notified the company. However, we waited at the airport for 20 minutes. No one came so we contacted the company. They said they would send someone it took an extra hour. Once the driver came. He got us right to our hotel
