The whole experience, including transportation, takes approximately 7.5 hours (subject to traffic conditions); the studio tour itself lasts 4 hours and the exact departure time from the Studio will be given on the day, which is usually 4 hours from the time of arrival at the Studio.
Please note that the time shown is the departure time from Victoria Coach Station and not the entry time at the Studio. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the departure time selected.
For child (aged 3 & 4) the rates apply for the return transportation.
Infant (aged 2 and under) travelling must be notified in advance.
Child and Youth must be accompanied by at least one Adult.
Itinerary including finishing point is subject to change.
This is not an escorted tour; the package includes coach transfers and entry to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.
For those who wish to make their own way to the Studio (and do not require transfers), the tour operator (Premium Tours) must be informed in advance and they will confirm back with instructions.
Please select the ticket type carefully as you will not be able to change the ticket type on the day and selecting the incorrect ticket type may result in being refused travel.
For the safety of the public and the protection of the Studio Tour, visitors may be subjected to a bag and/or personal search on entry. Certain items are prohibited from entering the tour including knives and bladed weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs, CS / pepper spray or anything which could be considered a security risk.

Customers can bring luggage on the coach and leave coats, bags, or suitcases securely at the Warner Bros. Studio cloakroom during the visit; food cannot be stored. Please note that luggage cannot be left on the coach during the visit at the Studio as vehicles or drivers may change for operational reasons.
From mid-April, a Marble Arch pick-up option will be available. If this option is selected, meeting is at 1:45 pm with departure at 2:00 pm.

5.00Me & the daughter are obsessed! From the first minute you walk in, it’s absolutely incredible! Walking around the sets, seeing all the costumes, props & a butterbeer! Unless we missed it, not much is mentioned about Voldemort etc… given the dark arts is a big part of the books/movies. However, the shows about the special effects and make up department was a real eye opener to how much work went into it! If you’re a Harry Potter fan, it’s well worth the visit!!

5.00Had such a great time at the Harry Potter at the studio tour. When we went to get on the bus that you can take from the train station to the studio I noticed I couldn’t find my tickets and our internet wasn’t working. Sohail who verifies your tickets and gets you on the bus sprung into action and called multiple people to help us get our ticket info and onto the bus so we could make our tour time. We are so thankful for great employees like Sohail and because of him we were able to have such a great experience that night on the tour.

5.00We had an absolutely incredible time at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London today. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is pure magic—getting to see the actual sets, costumes, and props from the films is a dream come true for any fan. The level of detail is mind-blowing, and the whole experience feels truly immersive. However, what really made our day special was the exceptional service. A Huge Shoutout to Steve Sooby! A massive thank you to Steve Sooby, who truly went above and beyond for us today. Not only was he helpful and friendly, but he also sorted us out with a pepperoni pizza that was absolutely delicious! It’s rare to find such personalized, thoughtful service at such a busy attraction, and Steve really made us feel like VIPs. Thanks again to the whole team, and especially to Steve, for making our visit so memorable!

5.00We have visited the site multiple times, this being the 5th but it always finds a way to surprise us with something new! Most of the original points of interest are still there but the operators have now added some wonderful extras right from the beginning which are worth the repeat visit alone (wont add spoilers). Main foyer still has magical feel, numerous cafes and large restaurant. There is also now a bookable afternoon tea experience but has to be done in advance. We actually spent just over 6 hours in the site including a food stop half way and still didnt cover everything so if first time visitor, worth planning your visit ahead so can make sure to cover things like the immersive experiences- which are very popular and busy. The gift shop whilst pricey, has everything you would expect or want including personalisations. Outside of the experience, there is plentiful parking, if you have an EV, you will get a space directly outside the entrance on the chargers. You can also pay extra for premium space, again these are outside the entrance. This is a wonderful place to see, whether you are a fan or not.

5.00What a fantastic experience!! Went on a Saturday, mid afternoon so crowds were thinning from 5 or so. The holding room and great hall speeches were both done by, I think, Laura, whose cheery smile set the excitement going!! Wow! Seeing the actual sets used in the films was sublime and we found ourselves lingering for detail- beware, the tour needs about four hours to see-even then worth another look-so much to dive in to. The interactors doing speeches and demonstrations are the ones making the magic! Everything was moving like clockwork- well done managers! Note it’s a studio tour, not a theme park; not with rides etc, though plenty of interactions; however older and newer generations of HP fans (entire planet) will have a great time. Six stars out of five…

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed the Harry Potter experience! When comparing Viator Harry Potter tours, check the transportation: from our hotel, we took one train to the bus, but others can be far more complicated. Also, very important to note that Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are not the same building (close to each other). Make sure you know where to meet ahead of time as the tour buses leave promptly on time. Can be done in three hours and fifty minutes without being too rushed. Load map of tour (on website) to your phone. Backlot Cafe is about halfway. Keep track often of where you are. The front half is great, but my favorite rooms were in the back half. You don't want to rush through those. You have a ticket with a firm entry time. Ours was for 10am. Our tour bus got us there about twenty min early. We used the time to check out the gift shop while it was empty. We also skipped taking time to wait on line, get food and eat, but we did enjoy a butterbeer (bring a snack if you want to). There is a separate butterbeer bar at the back of the Backlot Cafe with no lines. There is a ton to read at every exhibit. Take photos of some to read later. We were not only able to get through and back to bus on time, we attended three live demonstrations. We also did both green screen options. If you're seriously thinking of doing this, buy your tickets as far in advance as you can, as long as you can cancel them if needed. As tickets sell, the price goes up dramatically. Note that some reviews said backpacks needed to be checked but we saw many people with them throughout the tour. Key points if doing the four hour Harry Potter bus tour: 1. Don't spend time at the restaurants to maximize your time at the exhibits. 2. Keep moving so the Backlot Cafe is halfway through tour (about two hours) 3. Catch as many live demonstrations/shows/activities as you can. They're worthwhile. 4. This was a self-guided tour. No guide needed. We hope this helps you plan your Harry Potter experience.

5.00I have loved harry potter forever, and this tour unlocked a new level for me! It was such an amazing experience to have. It is set up so that there are many different sets to look at, filled with facts, interactive bits, and photo ops, as well as an amazing café filled with all of your butterbeer favorites!

5.00Not only for Harry Potter fans a must. Many original sets can be visited. The audio guide helps those who are not fluent in the English language. Everything we made money, Berti Bott's beans or wands or butter beer... to buy everything. Everyone needs to know for themselves. But the tour of the studios was great. 3 h is too little, or you have to come a second time

5.00Please be aware that the bus ride is just transport and no actual tour/ commentary is provided on the ride over. Having said that the bus was comfortable and timely, no complaints there! As for the studio tour itself, I would argue it’s a must-do for any Harry Potter fan. They warn you that it’s larger than you think and I was still blown away at the scope. Be prepared for some upsells along the way but some are legit pretty cool (e.g., green screening yourself on a broomstick ride - to be fair you can experience it for free but would need to pay for a copy of the video.) Real props throughout, interactive exhibits, huge sets (you can walk through the Forbidden Forest!) There were so many amazing highlights from pulling a screaming mandrake out of the greenhouse and watching a fireworks display on an enormous model of the Hogwarts Castle. We’ve experienced Harry Potter at Universal Studios and the interactive traveling Forbidden Forest experience and I would say that it was still more than worth it to experience this tour. Definitely recommend!!
