Be prepare for a very short ride at high speeds of over 100mph. What i was expecting was a nice easy long 30min ride over the mountains away from the city. What i got was a short loop 15min around the mountains at a high speed and high altitude so you can barely see cows and have no chance on seeing any other wildlife. Also, it was just myself and daughter and they stuck me in the back seat. At 6'4" this was very unconfutable and unreasonable. I have done other adventures like this before and sat upfront with a nice slow ride for 45 min and low so you can see things. Then they take pictures of course and want $55 plus Tip and then Tip for pilot. $300 for the two of us it's just a hard pass next time. Total money grab.

My family spent the week at the waterpark and we saw blue helicopters flying over every day. We went for a tour on our way out of town and wish we would've done it the first. there is so much to see in TN.

The great smoky tour was worth every penny! Mike was a fantastic pilot and pointed everything out along the tour path. We flew over the mountains, lake and had great weather.

What a great staff and very clean operation. No waiting and a true great experience. It was my wife's 1st time in a chopper and she was so excited and wanted to go again. Remember cost should not be a factor for a lifetime memories. We saw a preview video and then a safety video before the actual flight.

I had an amazing time from start to finish! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, especially with the breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. If you're visiting the area, this is an absolute must-do!

impressive views of smoky mountains national park ... mr. madrigal provided the absolute best customer service ... owner needs to greatly improve experience like allowing guests to enter facility prior to check-in time, communicating in advance to the guests exactly when check-in occurs, communicating in advance to guests when party of 4 will be split between multiple consecutive rides rather than providing family chopper or providing 2 choppers for simultaneous rides, photographer should ask rather than demand, guide having expertise of local views should be provided when pilot does not have tour guide expertise, current business model is not focused on customer satisfaction as we were left feeling like we were intruding and being accomadated with the exception of mr. madrigal who exceeded our expectations in taking care of us

The views were amazing! Our pilot Gabe was great, I would recommend him for sure! He helped calm my nerves and made it a very smooth ride. I also loved the video hallway before the ride, it was such a cool video. This experience is one you don’t wanna miss!

Awesome tour! Went up with my fiance and had a blast. Pilot was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area. I will definitely be doing this again.
