Mount Ainslie Lookout
One of Canberra’s most beautiful vantage points at the top of Mount Ainslie. From the lookout, your guide will explain the growth of a young city, the two-tiered colonial and capital city history and point out places of interest and key attractions, all while you survey the tremendous design of Canberra’s architect, Walter Burley Griffin.
Expect a drive through the grounds of the Royal Military College Duntroon - Australian Army's officer training establishment and perhaps to Mount Pleasant where you’ll be delighted to an alternative aspect overlooking central Canberra.

5.00Everything you need to know about Canberra! Our guide Neil was very knowledgable & encouaged us to ask questions & took us through places with historical significance & beauty. What really made the tour exceptional was Neil organising wheelchairs at each stop so my disabled Mother could enjoy the experience. I recommend this tour & will keep an eye out for other tours by this company.

5.00Neil is an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable and entertaining. People in our group had ages ranging from Primary School to 70 year olds and Neil adjusted his commentary to suit each age group with memorable stories and experiences. I wish I had taken this tour on my first day in Canberra. Neil also gave good advice about visiting other attractions and showed parking areas for those of us on a driving holiday.
