Harassing and horrendous booking experience

1.00Dreadful experience with the tour operator- Yo Tours (Mr. Puneet). Firstly, our cab arrived an hour late. We were promised a private SUV which turned out to be a normal OLA sedan cab. Thirdly, there was no guide in the cab which was included in our package of ₹6000. Next, the guide made us wait at random point on the road and we finally reached our first point of sightseeing at City Palace where the guide asked us to buy a ticket for him too(not mentioned previously while booking). At this point, we checked with him if he’s a registered Udaipur Tourism guide, to which he affirmed- yes! But later on when questioned by the authorities, it was proved that he was fooling us. When confronted, we asked for a full refund on the ticket price, after arguing and continuous calls to the tour operator and guide, we just received half payment and are still waiting for the rest of the refund. Harassing experience for us. Beware of this scam!
