Full day tour of Hiroshima and Miyajima. The Hiroshima part was on a bike. All flat and very easy! Great way to cover the ground. Then caught the train to the ferry terminal, had a super lunch overlooking the water and caught the ferry to Miyajima on foot. The Miyajima tour was walking. Ihsan was our guide and he was excellent. Super knowledge and really friendly. If you have a single day in Hiroshima this tour was a brilliant way to see the essentials. Thank you!

This was a wonderful, interesting, and beautiful tour! We'd taken a number of tours of different types during our month-long stay in Japan and this was by far the best tour. Our guide Ihsan was fabulous. He was very personable and knowledgable about Hiroshima and Japanese history and culture. His stories made the sites we visited come to life! The okonomiyaki we were treated to at lunch was scrumptious, the best we've had so far. I highly recommend this tour!

Aimee (fancy spelling) was a great host, we covered a lot of ground but she kept us on track and checked in to make sure we were all enjoying the day. Lots of points of interest, food stops were great. Would recommend.

This bike tour through Hiroshima was such a memorable experience during our time in Japan. It combined the powerful history, breathtaking natural beauty and a fun, active way to explore all that it had to offer. Our guide, Awais, was outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about the area. He brought the history of Hiroshima to life with thoughtful storytelling that honored the city’s past while highlighting its resilience and vibrant culture. Biking through Peace Park, along the rivers and seeing the A-Bomb Dome from a locals perspective added so much depth to our understanding. The ride itself was smooth and well-paced, suitable for all fitness levels. The route was thoughtfully planned, mixing historical landmarks with quieter scenic paths. It felt immersive and peaceful, with plenty of time to take photos, ask questions and soak it all in. The ferry ride over to Miyajima was such a unique seamless part of the tour. This was by far one of the highlights of the entire trip with the Itsukushima Shrine and Temple. If you’re looking for a way to explore beyond the typical tourist path, this bike tour is the perfect mix of culture, nature, history and fun. We left with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for this incredible region.
