One of the best day trips I’ve ever been on. The site is not only beautiful, it’s steeped in history and very interesting. Traveling through the caves gives you a glimpse into how people lived there years ago. Allen, the guide was amazing. He did an excellent job explaining everything. Bring a flashlight.

From pick-up onwards, our trip was excellent and well organised The guide (Sazali) was very knowledgeable and attentive. The caves are wonderful and the added information made the experience so much more meaningful. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Transport to and from Niah was horrible! Old junky van. Lots of back ache. Guide was good. Long walks. Dark and slippery. High risks if accidents. Painting was hardly a painting.

The customer service team is not very responsive. Upon the booking, Ive submitted two enquiries to double check the tour pick up location, on 06 June and 11 June. Ive not received any confirmation up to 18 June. I had to contact the local provider to arrange the next day tour. Despite that, the tour itself is awesome. Charlie, our tour guide did such a fantastic job.
