4.00Great to spend time between flights and have a shower, without all the airport noise and announcements. Food was a bit bland and I would have liked some fresh fruit. Staff were excellent and helpful.

4.00I had a 12 hour layover in the Hong Kong Airport and needed a place to rest while I waiting for my next flight. Hong Kong International Airport Plaza Lounge was a good choice to use for my layover. First off, they offer showers so I was able to shower and change into clean clothes after my long flight from Los Angeles. The shower area was clean and functional with accessories for the traveler (e.g., toothbrushes and combs). The lounge food was adequate - nothing fancy, but hot dishes, vegetables and fruit. The lounge offered alcohol (e.g., vodka, wine and beer) as well as soft drinks. The lounge area was clean and functional. Overall, the lounge was clean and welcoming. I can recommend it, especially for anyone having a long layover at the Hong Kong Airport.

1.00Let’s get something straight: this is not an airline lounge as you might know it. This is a crowded, window-less, claustrophobic and depressing space where you are effectively paying £60 for a shower. The food offer is not good - boiled egg anyone? - the drinks selection limited, and the noise - including the incessant clatter of table clearing - adds to the sense of hopelessness. People circled the packed space continuously looking for a place to sit. Staff fought their trolleys through the crowd to keep the tables clear, adding to the sense of mayhem. On our visit, a large section of air con wasn’t working, adding to the misery. As you pay, they offer membership. Would anyone come here twice? Avoid at all costs; carry a toothbrush (etc.) and make use of the excellent airport washroom spaces, and third-party food/drink offers in the upper level.

2.00Service was not professional, food was terrible, resting place was too bright with very uncomfortable seating. The place was overcrowded with limited seating for breakfast, families were asked to seated in separate tables. Not worth £71 for 6 hours, very unpleasant experience. Won’t be using them again

1.00Avoid Plaza Longes. They should shut down immediately for poor service and mis-selling. I bought my partner a two pass longe for Hong Kong. It was a hassle to redeem her first visit and the experience was average at best. On her second visit she was denied access. They sighted a one visit cap in Hong Kong. This is absolutely disgusting. The experience got worse but I will leave it at that.
The lady staff service from Philippine very warm welcome. I appreciated her service and enjoy .Recommended lounge

1.00The lounge was small, stuffy and overly crowded. I found it bizarre that I had to pay US$100 for three of us to shower. The quality of the food was just as poor, we were better off waiting near our gate instead of wasting my money and priority pass access on this third class lounge.
