5.00Start to finish was super professional. We flew with pilot Dan and ground member Rob who were both fantastic. They made sure we felt happy and safe at all times. Amazing views over the city and a great group of people in the basket. All in all, fantastic experience. Would highly recommend giving it a go and flying with liberty.

From the early morning check-in to the moment we gently landed, everything was exceptionally well organized and professionally managed. The team was warm, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire journey. Liberty Balloon Flights is known for its focus on safety and passenger experience, and that was evident from start to finish. Watching the sunrise over Melbourne while floating peacefully above the city was simply breathtaking. Seeing iconic landmarks, the Yarra River, parks, and the city skyline from such a unique perspective was an experience that words can hardly describe. The flight itself was incredibly smooth, calm, and relaxing. What impressed me most was the professionalism of the pilot and ground crew.
