We allocate a superior driver with long term experience.
The driver will understand English well and has deep knowledge of local traffic condition.
The vehicle we allocate is Minivan Type only that accommodate big luggage.
Unfortunately, to get a Free Minivan Type is not easy here in Japan. In worse case, you have to wait for the minivan more than 2 hours in busy time.
If you are more than 3 guests group, booking vehicle in advance is indispensable here.

When you make a reservation: There are many options, depending on destination, meeting time, maximum accommodation. Operation Time: 5:00am.-4:00pm. every 1 hour each Maximum Accommodation: 1-4 guests; 4 guests+6 suitcases / 5-8 guests; 8 guests+10suitcases *Please make sure of selecting the most appropriate one. *Please don't miss to write address or hotel's name of your destination. *In case that you are going to come to airport to go home, Please inform us of your flight information. *In case that you disembark cruise ship, 95% of clients select 1-2 hours later after ship's estimated-arrival time. When you get on the vehicle: Driver will come to pick you up at the meeting location with your name board, 10 minutes before the meeting time. In case the driver misses you, he or she will contact you through WhatsApp or text message. So set your smart phone in use. When you get off the vehicle: Please make sure if you leave your belongings in vehicle. Especially, smart phone and purse. In case you leave something, contact the driver ASAP. Not as long as you depart from Japan, we will send it to the next destination by cash on delivery. (it needs two days interval at the least)

5.00Hayano provided betind excellent service. Our ship was over 4 hours delayed in docking but he waited patiently and directed us where to go, assisted us with all our luggage and did his very best to get us to the airport in time. We still ended up missing our flight because of the ship issues but having him get us through the transfer process from the port to the shuttle to the pick-up area definitely made our worst ship experience more bearable. Thank you so much, Mr. Hayano!

5.00The driver got in touch the day before and sent photos of himself and his car. He showed up 15 minutes early and our transfer from Yokohama to Asakusa went off smoothly. Highly recommend this stress free method. Forget taking luggage on trains!

5.00Our transfer was from Yokohama cruise port to a Tokyo Ginza Hotel. Driver arrived early, very professional, friendly. We had a lot of luggage, but it was no problem. Vehicle is immaculate. Highly recommended.
